What does this spoiler mean that kareena will say to get karan married again and family agree even after getting to know he married preeta? WHAT!???? Get him married to another girl? How does that make sense if he deceitfully married preeta for the family to think to marry him again? If luthra family agree to such bakwaas then they are all as horrid and deplorable as karan because how can karan remarry if he married preeta? And sarla should get karan arrested too for what he did. Also I'm worried that if this spoiler turns out true then it will have something to do with that maira girl in luthra house who hasn't been shown doing anything other than drooling over karan and seeming to have feelings for him.

What nonsense yaar! Matlab kuch bhi! Kareena is such a selfish egoistic women! She will get to know Preeta's state only if the same thing happens to krithika!

I still want to see how Rishabh reacts to Karan's betrayal!

Yes! The day her daughter suffers an ill-fated and humiliating marriage is when she would perhaps feel any sort of empathy for what happened with preeta. Disgusting! I'm not satisfied with karan's weeping and him being shown in pain after what he did to preeta etc because that's all just a forced way by writers to make karan look good. Showing the male lead do injustice with the female lead whilst simultaneously showing the male lead feel bad for doing what he is doing yet still continue to show him do such bad things does not make me feel that the male lead loves the female lead and is equally pained to hurt her. Its all nonsense! Looks like ekta must have been in such toxic relationships to romanticise them herself. Now they will show preeta perhaps in the name of woman empowerment striding in and asking for her haq blah blah blah. Ugggh!

Imagine if the spoiler is true, karan disgustingly agrees to it, then at the mandap preeta plays karan's card on him and marries karan deceitfully by replacing the bride.

Yes I'm also curious as to how rishabh react, because this is the same rishabh who despite preeta supporting prithvi in mahesh accident was still concerned for her and tried to convince her not to marry prithvi, so I imagine he would be very hurt but also not support karan in what he did, because he does still love preeta. I can't imagine rishabh taking what karan did to preeta lightly.

I think Kareena could/would suggest this, but until I see the episode I will reserve my judgement. Considering what if Sarla came to the Luthra's and said all these things and KARAN was the one who denied ALL allegation. It would make sense for the Luthras to get Karan married ASAP in that situation. Also, what if Sarla comes tells them all the truth, and everyon DOES believe Sarla but Sarla is the one who 'breaks' all ties. In that case Kareena's suggestion would also make sense.

True, but if the spoiler is true I don’t think the remarriage will actually happen, else why would writers have even shown karan and preeta marriage which is completely legal, and karan remarriage would be completely illegal. However, how does sarla think it is enough to simply say that she’s breaking ties, when karan clearly wouldn’t care less when he has not guilt doing this, so sarla is also stupid in that she’s actually letting karan off easy then when she should have him arrested and can.

However, 'legally' Karan and Preeta's marriage is voidable and technically so is Rishabh and Sherlyn's marriage. As in both the marriages have 'proper' grounds for annulment, divorce isn't necessary. Then again I don't know if the makers have intentionally made these marriages 'voidable' (which I believe they have) or was it just a coincidence (I don't think it was a coincidence).

I think that would not be the case especially not for rishabh and sherlin marriage. Both marriages would require legal annulment.

Annulment in itself is a legal procedure, but divorce proceedings particularly in India are 'long' and more often than not a while to be granted and even more importantly require both parties. However, 'annulments' on the other hand only need a one of the 'grounds' present and proved in the court of law by any one party, and then 'that 'marriage' is legally valued to have never happened'. Significant difference in legal status of having a 'divorce' and getting ones marriage 'annulled'.

The writers don't care about the law and technical details usually. Once (during the good days of KKB😁) I have read an interview of one of the maker of KKB. He said that they care only about drama (hence trps) and not the law and logic. In short, he said if they need drama then they can do any illogical stuff they want.

If they need to legalize Mahira's status in Luthra's mansion they may do this marriage or almost marriage or engagement(more likely). She is only a temporary guest now. And they want her to be Tanu2. Abhi gave Tanu all rights to be in his life since the beginning. Now they want Mahira to 'have haq' Karan par. This is my guess.

I don't think so...... if they wanted someone like that Monisha would have still existed in the show, Mahira doesn't seem like a Tanu esque character to me. (at least)
