The gap should certainly not be bridged because of the breakdown. I guess it has to, cause there will be some point leading to it sooner or later. This cannot continue for long.

I dunno who has to assure whom first. Should it be HS stepping back and letting her know or should it be Mini taking a step forward and asking for help after Mickey prods her to do so. Somehow this time, I want HS to be at the receiving end of assurance rather than him letting it out first. And with CVs amazing interest to show Mini as mahaan, they might end up doing that. I want HS to be the child here and be assured first.

NB knows about Minni conflict but she is not assistimg her donno why and HS have to come out of his thoughts bit it won't be easy for him though for that at least he have to get to know what exactly his daughter is going through... As much as I hate this, I am also very proud of the writers for tackling this emotion with so much depth. A LOT of families go through this when there are remarriages, especially when the children are older.

Minnie thinks she hurt him or did something that broke his trust, something that she had assumed would always be there by default. She saw his tears, his hurt on the wedding day and realized that she was the reason that he was so upset. As we saw in the Imarti track, she couldn't bear to see him suffer. I wonder if she knows how he is feeling now, because if she does, then his pain is hurting her too. Likewise with HS. They are cleverly not showing either of them introspecting and focusing on Babita and her thought process. Aur demand karo Babita pe focus.

I am also wondering why NB is silent and not guiding her son.

Yes, I can just picture him running to his Veer Balika the moment he suspects there's even a hint of misery in her heart. I think he already does, but he doesn't dare to approach her directly. Minnie usse door kya ho gayi, saath mein HS ka hope aur confidence bhi leke chali gayi. 😔

Damn it, I'm getting really emotional reading and writing these posts.

Damn I'm watching K3G and the emotional reunion at the end isn't helping at all. 😭

I'm in two minds about this.

In a way, I want Minnie to start thinking just about herself and what she wants. It would be good for her to make the explicit choice and reach out to HS at least to share her feelings, if not to declare him her father just yet, so that she can at least have someone to openly discuss her problems with, especially regarding Babes.

On the other hand, it is also HS' test as a father as to how he steps up and shows her unconditional love and support without expecting anything from her, not even love as a daughter. He is the adult and he is the one who wanted to welcome her into the house. I know he is hurt but if he thinks about what he said to her he might remember the look in her eyes, something he has always been able to read but couldn't because his tears blurred his vision the night of the wedding.

I think the path in the middle is Mickey enlightening him or dropping hints about Minnie's situation and then HS going up to her to talk about her issues as they used to in the past. It hurts me to see that she feels so unwanted that she doesn't even think she has the right to be angry with him or talk back to him when he asks for unreasonable things like don't spend too much time with your grandparents.

May be NB wants him sort it out by his own... As eod they are father daughter and everytime she can't guide him now he is father and he has to understand by his own about his child...

He knows that something is wrong but can't ask her bcoz of his fears which is giving him more pain.... Even I can imagine him and his feelings once he get to know about her fears....

At the end of that scene when she asked him if his anger was gone, he couldn't even manage a smile. Same thing when she asked him to smile later on, it didn't reach his eyes but when he smiled at Babita it did. I wonder what was going through his mind at that moment. He looked so hurt, and she knew it.
