Help please

Guys I remember reading a story long time back but can’t seem to remember the name

Geet runs away on her engagement day which is supposed to be with maan. And it’s comes all in the news. But later maan and geet get back together and I think they get married as well or just gets engaged to maan and geet joins college, where maan comes as a guest and has a question and answer session with the students where one student I think her name is priya or something similar asks about his fiancé who ran away. And he promises to make them meet his fiancé or wife on the last day/farewell party.

Does anyone remember the name?
