Here is a thought. Since A is vowing to find out the truth behind the marriage it means pregnancy will be revealed. I believe A told P that he will never forgive her for letting bajaj touch her like that. P is doing all this fake things in front of A. That will fuel him more and make him believe she really did cheat on him. He will then confess to her if he really did plan the accident or not hence bajaj innocence will be proven and P trust will be broken. All this might take place while bajaj is in jail. Bajaj doesn't want court, hearing etc he wants to leave there innocent.

I just wanna specifically talk about how the expression on his face starts out so hard, so determined, and then slowly shifts as the camera pans closer. You see the determination shift to unease, to slight hurt, to something he can't quite place. There are so many thoughts behind those eyes and he can't slow them down. There's so much he wants, so much he needs, and he's waiting, biding his time. The cards are turning his favour, he does nothing without thinking the consequences through, and he knows what he's doing this time. Just like he always has.
