Damn, NB is going to be hurting so much seeing HS like this. Lala is already feeling terrible. There were there when the whole Imarti thing happened, and to think this wedding had to end up this way? Uff!

Nah I m hopeful of her wisdom ..

Also, the look in his eyes when he realized that Babita had stayed upstairs all night even if Minnie had been asleep, away from him.

On a lighter note, I reiterate, Babita has iron self-control.

I mean, if I had married a man like that, I would not be able to stay even a second away from him, no matter how shy I felt. ☺️

But it's true. Everything is in front of that room.

His charpayi, the kitchen, the coffee table, the main entrance, even the stairs leading to Imarti's room. It's all in front of his mother's room.

He may not have ever opened it in years, but he was always aware of it and his mother's presence.

I know it is .. but that's so cute throat ki reading it also sinks my heart yaar .. I get rattled when a child goes through trauma .. and imagining him sleeping like that on that charpayu in front of the room makes him look like this kid who was listening to his mother being beaten brutally and him waiting for that door to open ..

Symbolically speaking he is still waiting for that door to open and embrace his mother (memories) and rescue her from that pain ..

Uff .. raute khade ho Kate hai

The only thing that played in head was this line of the song

Toota.. taara sa
Chota sa, taara sa..toota re..
Poochhe woh dekhun teri baari
Kyun na soye, kyun tu roye

I have a feeling we might see a similar thing to the Imarti track but this time HS helping her understand and motivate her, and especially if he detects that she needs therapy. At least, I hope so. I think it's important for Minnie to know a bit about his childhood trauma and daddy issues so that she can look to him for inspiration again.

Just like he's lost the light and hope with her stepping back, she's in a way lost her idol and inspiration with his retreat. There's no one in the world she can open up to or expose her vulnerability to the way she does with HS. Where will she go? Babita just isn't there yet mentally and needs more time to develop.

The look he gave himself in the mirror, it's as if the fight in him had been lost and so he went back to sleep on the charpaayi. It was simple and hassle free, and he was going back to stripping himself of all the basic comforts of life. Even with the tea, he would be fine with wherever he got it from. So sad.

I would love for Minnie to suggest that he go to therapy as well. If he says it's good for her overall mental health, then the same thing applies to him.

As much as I want to say Babes knows her own daughter, there are quite a few ways in which she doesn't. This is why I really appreciated HS being there for Minnie. He was always there when she broke down and helped her to get back up. The difference was that in those times, Minnie made her hurt and pain vocal. But because of this whole wedding, she kept quiet and a result neither mother or father were able to pick up on it.

We were joking about this, but that charpayi has been his one true companion whenever he has been alone. Whether it's after his mother's death, or Imarti's, it's been there to give him a little refuge. The machardani, yes it's there to keep out all the mosquitoes, but it also keeps out the world. No one else is allowed in that little corner except him and that's where the real HS lies. With all his lonely thoughts, tears and trauma.

Like he said to her 'tu k Jane hai chori in band darwajo me peeche kitna chupa rakha hai'

@bold

Pata nahin woh kabhi hoga bhi ke nahin.

Aap dono mujhe rula rahe ho. The CVs could have given us a regular tiff, but no, they to had to insert his mother's essence in that conversation and with it we were flooded with emotions that he conveyed to us about his childhood, watching her through the cracks.

The trauma had locked his mind and tongue, and just when he was about to slowly unlock it, Babita's words locked his tongue up all over again.

That was heartbreaking .. it was double blow to him .. to him, daughter didn't want him as a father and now wife doesn't want him as a husband .. in his mind he must be why the fk did they marry him then .. ?

On a lighter note kahin mhari pushatini haveli ko hadapna to nahi chahti yeh maa-beti? 😂
