Deepika in Cocktail, overrated by IF??

Because I found that while she was excellent in all spunky and bold moments, she was quite hammy and flattering when it came to emotional scenes.

What is the say of other IFers, those who found it flawless/great/outstanding and also those who didn't found it that great.

She is average at best!

I think she was good but nothing exceptional that people make of it.

She was great in my opinion, really stole the show and it was the beginning of her rise (until that she was inconsistent at best and nowhere near at being Nr.1)

I'm not a fan of the movie overall because Saif and that other actress's characters were obnoxious & the ending was regressive

The movie was so damn boring and all the characters were annoying.

Not over rated. I’m katty fan n don’t like Deepika but the only roles where I liked Deepika were Veronica in cocktail and meera from luv aaj kal both character wise and acting wise... Veronica is such character where most of girls can relate to bcz it’s reallt difficult to b in that place.

I liked everything :) dp was lovely

Voted for second option. Deepika as Veronica; performance wise is untouchable.

the only movie, I found her excellent in CE, and to some extent in Tamasha(another crap.movie overrated here) and Piku.

She really shined in CE, at least we can agree on that. I picked option 2 because even DP's average performances (like BM) would be too much for Katrina
