Umair was drunk.. being drunk does not instill a new personality in you.. it merely magnifies the kind of person you are and what you are capable of doing... Imagine if in drunk state, he had landed in the room of a maid? Phir? The writers of Yariyan should really not have shown this angle.. they could have shown Umair being dejected after Zoobie's rejection and crying and Sadia comforting him which then leads to their consummation in a weak moment.. with this rape angle, they have destroyed his character beyond redemption

But how will Umair confess when supposedly he doesn't even remember it?

sadia isnt weak imo. what she has endured a weak person cant tolerate.she has been permanently damaged, her heart, her soul, her respect, all went for a toss thanks to ahmer, umair and zubi

she is strong but i dont get why she never speaks up against Zubi. thats her flaw. her love for her disgusting sister . her blind trust for disgusting sister

with umair she used to fight. when ever he questioned the baby she used to blast him. even when he accused her on the pregnancy news day she tried to hit him. pity the writers showed no follow to it, when she did say she no longer will be a tamasha and will make him a tamsha. wish that it happens now, with dna test.

Jis zoobi ko Sadia ki divorce ka koi guilt nahi hai usko rape ka bhi nahi hoga. The only thing she would do is probably go and blast at Umair for cheating her love etc.

if dna test proves he is the father, then he no reason to not trust sadia about the rape. she did accuse him after the rape and even when pregnancy news came, she said tum ush raat hosh mein nehi teh. so he should think he doesnt rem, bec he was drunk. but fact is she was right and he raped her. thats why she is pregnant now. he should be fix the puzzle

also in his apology scene to aaliya, he did mention it indirectly. that time he thought baby was his after listening to sadia khudha reference hence believed about the rape too.

they can be a scene, when he can breakdown and say that he is disgusted with himself by committng the sin of raping sadia.

but does it justify? Bola and Umair they both were not in their senses when they raped their wifes. Bola ko mentally challenged bana diya and Umair ko Nasheri. Our writers shouldn't touch this issue, if they can't do justice with it.
