I agree. They shouldn't have to choose.

Many couples would just inform the kids, not take their permission. With all due respect, they shouldn't have to base their decision on marrying each other or not just because of Minnie. She should be considered in all decisions, but I just feel like changing their plans at the drop of a hat is not going to be good for them.

At this point, especially, they should marry because they want to.

I felt really bad for both Babita and HS today. They had just wanted one small bit of happiness after so much turmoil in their lives but even on such a special day it was not meant to be. The memories of it will last forever. What a shame!

I think she will not hold back in future and I do hope she doesn't have second thoughts about her words like she did the other day with Lovely.

I don't think HS and Minnie will talk about this just yet, neither with each other nor with Babita. Knowing him, he would just want to complete the ceremony and let things settle for a bit. No matter what he said, as a parent I hope he would still put Minnie's needs first and welcome her as a daughter as planned, even if he might not be on talking terms or as warm towards her as before.

There's no way he would mistreat her or show his temper after this, if nothing else then because he doesn't want to hurt Minnie or Babita.

I am actually looking forward to him maintaining some distance from his daughter, if that's the route he takes. It would do both of them some good and would really make Minnie evaluate what she wants from him and what a father means to her, rather than call him her father for the sake of it or because it's the expected thing to do.

I wonder if this is the demon / aag that he kept referring to that he kept locked up inside. 🤔

On my second watch, it made me think of it but dunno if there's any association to it.

I think it's something to do with Minnie. In the house, HS might have refused to talk to Minnie while Babes tried to reconcile them but yeh banda toh bohot gusse wala hai aur chali gayi Babes Minnie ke paas.

Actually, I won't be surprised if he himself sends Babita to sleep in Minnie's room until things get sorted out. He knows Minnie would be upset on some level and doesn't want her to be that way. Normally he would have consoled Minnie himself, but since he now feels that she doesn't want him around in her life, instead of going to see her as her father, he will watch her from a distance as Babita finally plays the role of mother to their daughter Minnie.

Knowing the kind of person HS is, there's no way he'll ever stop loving Minnie, father or not.

I just love this analogy 🤗... Babita was full on sherni mode, protecting her family 👏. When she said "main kyun pyaar karun aaplogon ko, reason kya hai", I was like "oooo thats right" 😆. Now, she can proudly say the people that she loves the most in this world is Minnie and her husband, Hanuman Singh

Yehi toh mein seena phad ke kehti aari hoon. Minnie should be a factor, not the whole foundation for them deciding to get married. Dil mera toot gaya tha when Babita cried over how she wanted just one day where she wasn't reminded of her past, and for it to come up in such an ugly manner. 😭 I just wanted to hug her and tell her everything will be okay. <3

Same. Again, it's easier said than done, but she needs to put her words into practice. If she wants to cut off all ties with the Khuranas, then she really needs to start now. Yes, it'll pain a little at first, but it'll get better.
