HS is everything and more that Babita wanted her husband to be. Strong, independent, supportive, loving, caring, and I bet he will be a good lover too 😳. I am so glad she found him, that they both found each other .

I think HS might refuse to take back his words today leading to further tension. So Babita might've gone upstairs to just be with Mini. I can understand that now, although I was mad about it till yesterday.

Babita was defending the two people she loved most in the world. There was no way she was going to let the Khuranas do to them what they had been doing to her for 17 years, and especially not on a day like this.

She had always felt bad about these zabardasti ke rishte that HS had put up with because of her, and to hear them insult him like that was an insult to her honor too as a spouse (yes he was already her husband by then). Lovely supposedly was his sister, and like Kammo, she had no lihaaz and showed her true nature.

It was some sort of therapy for Babita too, that she could finally speak her mind and literally show them their places. For once she spoke up for her own happiness and mental peace, and by extension that of HS and Minnie's.

I don't think HS and Minnie will talk about this just yet, neither with each other nor with Babita. Knowing him, he would just want to complete the ceremony and let things settle for a bit. No matter what he said, as a parent I hope he would still put Minnie's needs first and welcome her as a daughter as planned, even if he might not be on talking terms or as warm towards her as before.

There's no way he would mistreat her or show his temper after this, if nothing else then because he doesn't want to hurt Minnie or Babita.

I am actually looking forward to him maintaining some distance from his daughter, if that's the route he takes. It would do both of them some good and would really make Minnie evaluate what she wants from him and what a father means to her, rather than call him her father for the sake of it or because it's the expected thing to do.

I think it's something to do with Minnie. In the house, HS might have refused to talk to Minnie while Babes tried to reconcile them but yeh banda toh bohot gusse wala hai aur chali gayi Babes Minnie ke paas.
