Strange Sippys not familiar with Raima

Facts established so far:

1) Rohit met Raima in high school / junior college before he went to medical school (in india medicine is undergrad degree done right aftr high schl) so they wld both have been around 18.

2) Rohit is 32 & the Raima went into coma 4 yrs ago i.e. when Rohit was 28.

3) So they have known each other for 10 years of which we do not know how many they were BF-GF

4) The Sippy family is v modern & broadminded so friends & GFs wld hv been welcome & accepted. Look at Deepa she practically lives there.

Isn’t it v strange then that Raima as an old friend & GF was not a regular at Sippy Mansion? Yet they never reminisce about her & it appears as if they barely knew about her.

5) They are also affectionate & inclusive & would have take full interest in their son’s GF & her life.

So why the Sippys did not follow up & check on her health after the disastrous operation? Or at least made efforts to find her?

The Sippys seem to have had little idea about Raima in the first place, and also seem to have dismissed the whole thing from their minds.

Another thing - if something like happened to Deepa will Akash just move on, esp if she is still alive & there is a hope of a miracle? It will take years right? It should be the same for Rohit if u look at the 10 year long friendship/relationship. So the Sippys should not have been so shocked on finding that Rohit is still grieving. Neither should we!

I guess, Rohit lived in other city for his studies and there he made friends with Raima and maybe then found love in her. Sippys basically are all working and not too much into each other's lives though they love each other and share everything but it depends. If anyone doesn't want to share, they don't force. Rohit's Mom knew about Raima because Rohit is closest to her, I feel. And if it's about moving on, it's been 4 long years. It's not a less time. Rohit wasn't even in contact with Raima in any way. But still, he loved her (as he said) but then he got Sonakshi. It wasn't just love at first sight etc. It was gradually. Everyone deserves love, even Raima when she comes to normal. Sometimes, first love isn't the last and everyone finds love, any which way.

Rohit seems to be a very private person. The fact that he revealed his feelings only before Sonakshi says it all. He never opened up in front of anyone besides his mom. He never wanted his family to know about that aspect of his life I guess. Coming to Raima the negativity surrounding Raima’s entry baffles me 😆 for starters the show has been and will always be about Ronakshi. So y fear Raima? Agreed we will get to see a broken Sona for few days but from a story standpoint it makes sense. Just because Sona is projected as Rohit’s sachcha pyaar doesn’t mean he didn love Raima wholeheartedly. Even after her accident he called her everyday knowing she is in no state to respond to him. But there comes a point in time when you feel the need to move on and embrace life no matter how much your past haunts you. That’s what happened with him once he met Sona. Like Rani Mukherjee says in Hum Tum sometimes it takes a moment and some times years for two people to connect. In Ronakshi’s case it didn take much time to connect because both of them shared the pain of heartbreak in their past. And they ended up healing each other unknowingly. Even if Rohit is on the verge of falling in love with Sona, Raima’s entry will make him suffer a setback. It’s good Raima is coming back. This way Rohit will get to introspect his own feelings and when he realises he loves Sona it will not be because Raima is not in his life but because he truly loves Sona and he is no longer bound to the shadow from his past. So yes I am waiting for Raima to enter their lives 😆

The concept & name of the show is how 2 individuals fm completely different professional, social worlds come together & the struggles in their world meeting. A fresh concept in keeping with the current times when women have careers.

If thats the main plot then ideally Raima shd be a cameo. But now it looks like it will be a parallel FL which means the story will change to a love triangle - ghisa pita formula that none of us want to see.

It’s too early to conclude and so far the show has maintained consistency. Let’s wait and see how this track unfolds.

One thing that worries me is Sonakshi’s connection to Raima. What if she caused the accident that resulted in her comatose state? Will Rohit be able to forgive her for that?

I had the exact same fear initially.. But after the whole Pune track and the conversation between Veena and Sonakshi, I doubt if there is any connection between the two incidents at all, except for the date of course.. I mean Sona isn't insensitive nor is she stupid so if she had been connected to Raima's incident at all, she would've connected the dots.. Never was a bit of remorse or even a passing moment of doubt shown on Sona's part so I am hoping against hope that she has no part to play in Raima's current condition at all🤞😐

According to the interview by Farnaz Shetty something happened on 26th September which involves all the three Rohit, Sonakshi and Raima. The next track according to her would be the unfolding of the mystery surrounding 26th September.. So Raima is like the central character.. Though I am sure Sona might not have been directly involved in the whole Raima thing but somehow she is related to it..

Hmmmm... In that case Sona must've been connected to it indirectly.. She may not have done the accident or been directly involved but somehow indirectly been part of it... As of now I am just gonna take a deep breath, relax and trust the writers coz they've served us the best content so far and I trust them to continue doing so😊

That's even I am doing my all hopes are on writers and Rohit.. Currently it's all about Rohit and how would react to all this.. Its going to be a roller-coaster for Rohit..
