^ yes, they had Choice. They wanted to come out clean and guilt free when they proceed with reconciliation. In movie they should have tried to show how they were still not happy , since they were not in love, so later both couple should have calmly and with understanding taken divorce and move on with the person they were in love with. It would have been ideal. Falling out of love is not a crime. How one deal with it should be shown. Anyways, movie was still hit , so all well for karan johar.

I think Rhea and Rishi found the EMA all the more unacceptable because Dev and Maya were never able to give them the love that they shared with each other.. for instance, Rishi does bring up the physical intimacy thing in his rage and how Maya never felt anything for him..

Rhea and Rishi I guess knew that Dev and Maya would never be theirs... They had given everything to their marriage from their point of view so cheating for them was unacceptable and so they decided to divorce their partners then and there..

I think initially Dev and Maya did not think what they were gonna do.. they were more one step at a time kind of thing.. the cat

Agree. That's why , the movie could have been handled in more proper way.

I watched that Silsila drama.. I was quite disappointed how post leap, they tried to kind of imply at times that Kunal loved Mauli even now . He did not.. for whatever reason, he fell out of love with Mauli.. Nandini was the one he loved.. in the initial epis they established that after leap but then the usual love for triangles took over.. so stupid

I didn’t like Preity Zintas wardrobe. She certainly didn’t dress like someone’s mother’s. She dresses provocatively 😎 my biggest issue

Because I didn't like the movie. It's not because of EMA but poorly written characters. Not even a single character was likeable including AB Sr and Kirron Kher.

Question shud be: Why some people like KANK? Worst film and acting by SRK and Rani. 🤢

Only Abhishek, Preity, Big B were good.

AB sr. character actually was despicable in the movie.. Matlab, he was yucky😆 Kiron's character was phir bhi acceptable but Ab sr. was tauba astaghfar kind

It was too long and dragging in large parts.

Bigger issue was Karan couldn't execute the idea of Infdelity,moreover people couldn't seem to understand why they Rani and srk character cheated.

Largely don't understand abhi was a good husband what was problem of rani or srk have residual anger issue but Preity was supportive so he had no reason.

Characters are unlikeable , and it's complex to show it on screen and sometime understand too.
