You mean show an exchange of partners? Why on Earth?!😆 they got their happy endings which was more important.. Preity had her son, a successful career and a good friend

abhi got married to someone who loved him like he always wanted..

I would say the two characters lucked out after being out of their marriages

well what's the harm if they both get married after getting divorced 😆u don't have to show'em literary going to a hotel n bang each other LOL : well that's upto the one who made this.

anyways what's d point, i think the film was a success/semi-hit or something so what if its hated, the point would hv been raised had the film flopped

Abhi and Priety had no interest in each other though.. Karan se ek concept tou handle nahi hua.. you want him to show another complicated concept in same movie?😆

Because audience don't like to watch brutal realities of every day life specially in something like marriage which is considered sacred , they want to live in their bubble even after knowing that bubble is fake.....extra marital affairs happen and people like dev and maya exist too .

Wese out of curiosity, how many BW movies are there where wife engaged in an extra Marital affair and did not go back to her husband?

I know a couple of movies where husband cheated and was left alone by wife but the opposite I don't remember.. in most movies, husband and wife end up together if I am not mistaken

Raj and Maya stayed away from each other for 3 years, that was their punishment for breaking each other's home. Now what do you guys want? Them suffering from for their lifetime? The premise of falling out of love was not enough...why did srk all of a sudden stop loving his childhood sweetheart preity...if it was accident n broken leg then preity was not shown as judgmental or not supportive etc...so to go out of marriage and sleep with another woman Rani was not cool and then to label it as soulmate Love was even more ridiculous...

Also, maybe not for all, but for viewing public like me, an extramarital affair is never justified...if you don’t want to live with your partner any more then don’t...don’t cheat and then sing Bollywood songs and call it the Bollywood brand of soulmate love....I can think of a few recent movies which were blockbusters and which I disliked to the very core exactly because of this...

There was nothing likeable in the movie. I didn't like any character.

Well, divorce is not easy. Is it? Dev had a kid so it was difficult for him to leave his family.

Rishi makes some sense but why is he tolerating such a bore wife
