And i would like to inform you that you are no one to judge me. We are here to judge characters and not people.....get that clear. I dont appreciate how you have brought my loved ones here. Asking someone to imagine this for a tv show is just ridiculous.....just because you love anurag and want to prove he is right in every situation.....you can actually ask others to think something like that about their loved ones....disgusting. I expected maturity. People can have openions which differ from you and you dont need to bring their loved ones to prove your point. Nobody has given you that right. I have never said that wao, it's is so good that bajaj has done the accident .....neither i have said that his lack of guilt makes me a merrier person. He obviously has done a crime ....i am not denying it .....but as you yourself mentioned he is no less guilty than anurag......anurag is equally guilty.

Unlike you....i dont feel the character i like in a tv show needs to be spotless.....pls watch movies like villain......aap nafrat karoge na siddharth ke char se....itte innocent logo ko maara usne. But people do like those characters too. I did shared my disappointment in bajaj the day accident happened. Its okay if i dont like him for this. And the defence is about what happens in the normal cases ....i just analyzed the situation......lack of evidence and even the intentions does help the driver. Here climate also supports driver. In the case shown, anurag is equally responsible for the accident......he was about to come in front of other vehicle too....first he was standing in mid of road and secondly he was talking on phone. Pedestrain if not following traffic rules is also held responsible for the accident till now. And no, i dont feel ekta will have that depth knowlefge of laws that i should sit and go through law journals for this. And regarding my loved ones.....my loved ones prefer to follow traffic rules .....and we have always been taught that dont use phone while crossing the road.....going and standing in the middle of road is just out of question.

Regarding anyone in bajaj position will like to flee away......showing his money and power.....does that not happen ????.....it does na....ab salman sir bhi toh apni zindagi ache se bita rahe hain na logo ko maarkar....kaunsa janta ko unse pyaar kam ho gaya......all individuals do try to protect themeslves except those who cant live with that guilt and choose punishment instead and bajaj is definitely not one of those.

No the person is not sent to jail and even if a complain is there, bails are issued the very momemt. This much lack of evidence cant put a person in jail.
