Genuine doubt

Maasi complained against Veena saying she tried to attack Bajaj and they immediately took her to the jail. Same fiasco happened when mohini accused her for the jewellery threat. And if I’m not wrong the entire Ronit and Anurag trap is also purely an accident. And Anurag wasn’t told that they’ll get back to him, and instead they took him immediately.

Today when Mohini complained against Bajaj, and he himself admitted it, why wasn’t he arrested? Or is it that an accident caused unintentionally and then fleeing from the scene not a crime , then on what basis did the cops arrest Anurag ? in such cases the police needs to verify the authenticity of the statement of the culprit itself? Or as Nivi mentioned are the police afraid of Bajaj?

PS : Bajaj himself said he did the accident and left. I’m not going by assumptions.

bajaj khud bhi confused hogeye the jab police usko chor dia .. and someone was looking bajaj from inside the room . so something is pre planned . but why ? for what ?

jab sab log drama kar rahe hai toh why not police. raste pe ya hospital pe nahi, either accident/crime spot or ghar pe arrest karna hai. or otherwise gharwalon ka drama kaise dekhoge?😆

The thing is first anurag was standing in the middle of road......second there is not even a single eyewitness who has seen rishab racing towards anurag. Thirdly ....rishab came back and knew that anurag was admitted in hospital. Fourthly he went to police and admitted his crime that he has mistakenly hit someone and that person is now admitted in hospital. And to add to the driver benifit.....it was raining that time.

Even in normal situations.....until its proved that the accident was intentional or happened due to negligence of the driver completely ....the driver isnt jailed. There are many road accidents where people have died but still the matters are settled with a compensation amount only.

In Veena maa case....almost everbody at the party witnessed that the hanging which fell on rishab was in her hand. So, ya when we have eyewitnesses....situations do change. Though the case still was shown in very hapazard way.......like you cant accuse someone of trying to kill someone just because the person doesnt like or even hate the other person. The whole argument was based on this in court and thus was logicless. More cases you mentioned, i havent seen personally......so will choose not to comment on them.

Firstly you need to read some laws. Google will help. If there is an accident and there is a complaint against someone filed by the relatives , the police has to arrest the accused. The investigation follows. Your second third and fourth point have to be proved in court not to the police . Yes the accused may get the bail easily for the lack of evidence. unless it's Salman khan case type charges where the victim dies on the spot. It was a busy road not an isolated spot.there are cctv s everywhere...his car was therr and he was there so obviously this evidence is enough to arrest him. Moreover police might not know but he admitted he did it to prerna so thetr is no doubt.

Secondly this defence is only because bajaj was behind the wheels or generally ? Like one can reason it out if they were driving or they were on the road getting hit by a spe7eding car,how will the thought process be.... depending on whether your loved one ends up breaking their limbs in the accident or dies or is handicapped for the entire life, or its because anyone in bajajs position would try to flee and get away by showing his money power and these kind of arguments..like what was anurag doing on the road. whatever he was doing, Mr bajaj is no less guilty.

Yea, there is a huge possibility of Bajaj not even causing this accident and i do agree it looks more like a plot, but against whom, by whom is the question. However my concern was more along the lines that when others were arrested immediately why not Bajaj?
