Yup. I want the same. I want her to publicly declare that Ashok is just her sperm donor, and I literally want her to use the word “sperm donor”, and that HS is her father and to call him papa or daddy or whatever endearment she wants to use 🙌

Thoughts:

1. The chai scene was too cute. HS asking Babes if she put adrak in it reminded me of my parents. 😆 Their interaction quite casual, more open than any of their other previous ones. HS mentioned how he would miss their friendship but even that relationship, there was always a sense of boundaries. That as a friend, he has certain limits that he can't cross and she doesn't want him to. The landlord-tenant relationship was also always looming in the air, preventing them from going any further. Today however, there was no such restrictions. They joked and laughed with each other with no hesitation. When HS teased Babes about perhaps liking tea made by her friends better, there was no indication of Babes' fear or insecurity. She is completely past it as she has full faith in HS and his love for her. Not to mention, them openly acknowledging Babita as his wife is love. Would love to see a conversation where HS is referred to as her husband. 😳
   
   That being said, quite a few of their topics were initiated by HS. Otherwise, Babita simply stood there in silence. I noticed this again towards the end of the episode when they were left alone. And as most people say, exes are best left behind.

I love it! 😃 Loved Minnie's excitement for Babes but her continuous 'akhri baar' comments sounded really ominous to me. The ones he'll have to drink for the rest of his life will be by Babita, his wife. There's a huge difference to the sentiments behind the two as Babita the tenant, was sharmili si and would pour all her love and affections for him into the food she makes. Babita the wife can openly declare her love and not be shy about for whom she's making certain meals. Then there's the matter of rights too. I really like how Naeem Bi was sympathetic towards Kammo here. She understands who Kammo is, the kind of mentality and sentiments she holds for her husband and for Babita too. She understood that things went too far but it's not always too late to make amends.
   
   My doubts were confirmed today. Kammo doesn't know that Khatri molested Babita. She had questioned him once before but he had waved away her fears. Now, she's living under the assumption that Babita just doesn't like him. When looking at it this way, Kammo too has been suffering silently in two-folds: a) She has a husband who isn't mending his ways. He keeps doing wrong things to piss them off and she can't even fault them for it. And b) She has to hear everyone's taunts and mean things about him but she can't even say anything to them because it's in their right to do so. It hurts her and she wishes that all can be forgiven but given what actually went down between them, it'll never be possible.
   
   I genuinely believe the day Kammo finds out the truth, she's gonna leave Khatri for good.

Furthermore, her leaving him because he had assaulted Babita, will simply solidify how Kammo has learnt not to stand by and watch other women be wronged. Even if it'll cost her marriage, she'll be willing to pay the price for it.
   
   
4. I liked today's performance a lot. The steps were all simple and light. Naeem Bi & Beeji's enactment of how the suhaag raat will go down was absolutely hilarious. Even in songs, people are too invested in Hanita's sex life. 🤣
   
   Btw, I've been meaning to do this for a while: a HUGE shout out to Naeem Bi for all her cute thumkas, and Poonam for her simple, yet stylish sarees. 👏 Lala's excitement made me really happy. Ab finally, sir saab ke baad, iski baari aaye gi. 😆
   
   Kammo finally came to the haldi but there were still some heavy undercurrents between her and Babita. They will need a heart to heart conversation post marriage to settle things properly. Even whilst dancing, Kammo's heart wasn't fully in it.

The only thing that happened was Khatri got to make some money off of it, while Kammo showed that she still truly cares about whatever little relationship she has with Babita. Even though they may be just business partners, I truly feel like Kammo had gotten attached to Babita and HS. What went down, hurt the four of them a lot.

Then his, "Ji, sun re ho" and her, "Ji, boliye" - As I mentioned above, there's an awkward silence between these two. It surely must've taken time for the tanker to arrive. Dono hi silent mode par the but flashlight ki tara chamak re the. Those imprints that were mentioned previously, HS wants them to be made official so that no one can dare to question the sanctity of their relationships again. Yes this was becoming obvious when couple times Poonam danced-with/teased him and she didn't look offended which shows that all her insecurities about HS and his love were put to rest.. But absolutely loved the fact that they were so comfortable with openly accepting Babita as the 'wife' .. finally their relationship reached that level - openly accepting the status/place in their lives, ending the tenant-landlord relationship with peace .. the only thing I think was unnecessary was to say he will miss their friendship .. this is one relationship which he should've said need not end .. instead he could be her best friend for life and vice versa..

If not ominous .. heartbreaking for sure .. That realization has sunk inside her that this very well will be last time .. 17 years of living together and that's going to change .. I think I mentioned in @AreYaar's post .. that somewhere Kammo is not an out & out vile woman but it's her association/environment (Khatri) that made her say those things that she shouldn't have .. Yesterday Minnie said dhain and today she did the countdown. She also asked Lala to help her, with the same haq that HS would have, even though there were tons of other people who could have done it.

It's all deliberate to counter what Kammo said. Plus, she behaved like HS himself would, or would have liked her to, in a crisis situation by trying to reason with people and dropping the idea of using 'violent' means to get them to back off. Neither of her biological parents can keep their heads cool in such situations, as we've seen with Ashok and yesterday with Babita, so she is totally taking after her real father. And before anyone jumps on me, I am not bashing Babita or her bond with Minnie. Merely talking about crisis management skills.

Also, the pre-cap seems to show that HS is going to start to tackle her insecurities regarding her place in her parents' lives by making the haveli officially her home, where she belongs, with her newlywed parents, rather than making it long-winded at this moment. It will also be public enough to shut everyone up so that no one dares to say anything about his daughter again. Of course, he truly means what he says in the pre-cap but there are additional reasons for taking this decision. Yup that red outfits we saw was just shot for the promo which i am guessing should come soon since the shaadi is next week. I mean if the promo doesn't come, what a waste of time, money and energy to shoot all that 😆.

Both Mini and Babita will be wearing the same outfits (as I had said before 😉). Mini forgets to arrange an outfit for her, or the tailor messes up her outfit, so HS gets a backup outfit, rather a surprise for her. He gets the same lehenga for Mini like Babita's. HS wants not just Babita to do a grahpravesh as a wife, but also Mini to do the grahpravesh as a daughter ❤️

Was looking forward to read your post. Just read this and realized we've had similar thoughts about Kammo's future and the pre-cap!

I would like nothing better than to see her evolution and independence/split from Khatri but she needs to make amends with the people she hurt. Totally agree about the awkwardness and silences in Hanita's interactions as well as HS feeling shy seeing NB and Beeji. It's basically a loud and clear message not to expect physical intimacy between them any time soon. There will be a lot of these moments of hesitation when they start sharing a room.
