The way Prerna's eyes are searching his for some kinda explanation for this. She still cant believe it. Erica really brought it today. If it was her just crying for Anurag, he wouldnt really look so broken. Its the disappointment in her eyes, the disappointment in him that has him hurt. This is the deepest sign of intimate trust lay bare and then broken.

He has also soften a little since 2-3days. Shud be a reason.

Like first time she receiving her preggers news and it will be executed like she is carrying his child and he learning abt it first time in the show 🤣
