Have you noticed how they sometimes have the guests praise him without showing it to the housemates. That means the praise is to show the audience, not the housemates. They don't do that for a lot of contestants. They usually show it to contestants. In Qazi's case a lot of the praise is for audience which means they are serious about having Qazi as the centrepiece
