Yes, if he is convinced that Khushi loves Akash and she wants to be with him, he will walk away. The way the story is poised, khushi hasnt talked about her feelings with Arnav despite having many occasions to do so. How will Arnav react when he cones to know from someone else and then decides that Khushi too loves Akash?

Like u said it is up to Khushi to ensure that things dont go bad in her personal life

I think both events will happen simultaneously. Arnav will not trust anyone if they mention Khushi's feeling for Akash. I guess Khushi herself will blurt it out in a heat of moment.
