Since medical and technological advancement, life expectancy has changed, even people at 50 don’t look how people looked 50 100 years ago. Look at the actors who have turned 50 now as an example and compare 100 years ago.

I'll say again. That's not how aging works. 25 years old don't look 50 no matter what century. They may look very sickly if grasped by a chronic disease.
