He needs a reason to blame sadia. He taunted sadia that she calls ahmer unke while she has had a nikaah with him. Doesn't he understand that sadia had a nikkah with ahmer too and Bec if Zubi lie all got spoilt. No guilt nor remorse he feels for Sadia Ahmer

I think Zeenat absolutely failed Saadia, but from her point of view I think she thought jo hona tha ho gaya, and she saw Saadia was living a somewhat comfortable life. Her saas is a lovely woman, and maybe her husband dated Zubi but he'd accepted Saadia because she was pregnant. Umair hadn't been his usual un-charming self in front of her. So she probably wasn't worried for Saadia and on the other side she probably thought once Zubi was married she'd get over her obsession with Umair and also Zubi was blackmailing her about telling her dad and that man was a special kind of crazy those days.

So I think she thought it would work out but she underestimated Zubi. And she let Saadia suffer.

Yes Both aaliya and zeenant underestimated their kids.

But now shouldn't zeenant do the right thing. She should support sadia and not let anyone ruin her life more..

Likely she will want umair sadia to patch up but if sadia doesn't want that, then zeenant shouldn't pressurise her
