Umm Abir did talk about this with Parul that he is meaning to ask Kunal that why does he hate Mishti so much and why because of that he mistreats Kuhu. It's just they haven't gotten time for a proper conversation but Abir has already said that he wants to have a serious talk with Kunal regarding this.

I haven't been watching since kuku marriage started, but I'll be waiting for that convo to happen. Someone needs to know about kunal's inflated ego problem.
