Lol they even make the senior actors sign a 3 filom deal now. Must have thought teen baar mein ek baar toh pakka galti se hit movie aa hi jayegi.

Lol they indeed need a hit pronto...The Pritviraj Chauhan movie with Akki is pakka they will continue with other 2 movies based on how the Pritviraj movie fare. Rumour is, he is in talks with Shimit Amin's next that most actor's are rejecting... With Akki they had to agree to profit sharing like they do with Aamir and Salman so they really are desperate, Adi is known for being kanjoos...The other rumour is Jayeshbhai with RS is there diwali release next year. So they are aiming for the festive days next year bakri eid (Shamshera), diwali (JJ) and republic day (pritviraj Chauhan) to get a big hit.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are all set to move into their new luxurious sea-facing bungalow which offers a spectacular view of the Worli sea and the couple is busy decorating their “Dream Home”.

Going by the buzz, Shahid Kapoor has bought a duplex apartment in Worli for Rs 56.6 crore and paid Rs 2.91 crore as stamp duty to the government for registrations. The duplex occupies most of the 42nd and 43rd floors of Three Sixty West, a building that offers unrestricted views of the city, and spreads over 8,625 sq. ft. in South Mumbai. The duplex was registered in the name of Shahid Pankaj Kapoor and Mira Shahid Kapoor on July 12, 2018.

In an interview with a media portal, Shahid revealed that Mira and he wants to provide a safe place to their kids. He was quoted as saying, “The new home that Mira and I have booked has a garden and other amenities like a gymnasium, etc. Today, our requirement is having a safe place for Misha where she can play with others. We want her to be with kids of her age because that’s how she will have a regular childhood.”

Also last year, the Kabir Singh actor told a media house, “I have bought a new home in Central Mumbai. It will be a year-and-a-half, perhaps even two before we do the interiors and move in there. However, it’s an investment that I needed to make. I have a much smaller home in Juhu and with two children (the second one arriving in September), the requirement of the family has changed.”

The reports further state that Shahid and Mira’s new dream home’s interior have been handled by none other than Gauri Khan. Gauri even posted a picture on Instagram which is hinting at the same.

One of the closest sources to Shahid Kapoor told a media house, “Shahid was looking for an unrestricted view of the city and the 500 square feet balcony in the new house faces the Bandra Worli sea link, offering a great view of the city’s skyline. The apartment complex also features indoor facilities like spa, swimming pool, gym, and ballrooms.”

The couple is parents to three-year-old daughter Misha and one-year-old son Zain. Currently, the family of four lives in a spacious sea-facing bungalow in Mumbai’s Juhu.
