Next gen. + She was a good dancer. People preferred the new dancer over the diva they had been seeing for last 8-9 years. But actingwise she was incompetent, hence she never got an iconic character, hence she couldn't make any normal character iconic.

Difference is between a king who fought and won many battles, and his incompetent successor who was lucky he didn't have to fight any battle...but he is getting all the taxes from the new lands the previous king usurped. The one after the incompetent king would not be as lucky as the incompetent one coz he won't leave for the successors much...they would have to fight their own battles.

The character Nisha from HAHK is not really iconic as it's not a famous name. People remember Prem but not Nisha. Chandramukhi is iconic though.
