But for arguments sake let's say he does, I have a feeling parul will get to know and kunal might get to know his parentage after all

I think as per itv logic: his parentage truth will be revealed bu mish only..

But on the other hand, parul will have a role to play in fixing their issues...right now, i cannot think how will their story move forward...makers could focus on their Story without doing the mish drama ...now I cannot think how will this accident influence the dynamics between them...
