Can we talk about anything here? If not, please let me know and I will edit this out. I see that Silpa and Chandu are surprised ( or should I say shocked 😲) at my watching habits. You don't know what other skeletons are in my closet😲😃My n number of shows is exactly 2, so far.

KKB: that was the first ever. One day, I was flipping through channels and was waiting for a call from a pathologist. He called me, as luck would have it, the channel was on this show, muted out. The news from the pathologist was great for a very favorite patient of mine and so, I was so happy, unmuted the remote and there she was in all glory. Drunken Chashmish❤️👍🏼. Poiu knows everything about her, she had to sit through all my long ramblings and nonsensical writings about Pragya. I was so attached to her. That girl was an epitome of grace, sensitive, responsible, busy bee, go getter and a totally selfless soul. At the same time, she had her flaws, she fell on her face, so many times, she never blamed anybody, rather, she stood up, dusted herself and trudged along , one foot in front of the other👏. That was Pragya. That is what I love about her, her never giving up and fighting and thrashing like mad, whether she succeeded or not, there was always that effort. I watched for 2.5 -3 years. There were long swaths of time when I didn't watch as she was put through emotional hell. I really, really believed that she of all people cannot have any injustice and she would have her happy ending. How naive of me, I later understood. I stayed away from the first leap too for a while, but I liked King and his character. The guy is respectable, cool, sincere, kind, calm and reliable and above all a great father for Pragya's child. I really , again naively, waited for him to put Abhi in his place. Nothing like that happened, instead, King, the loving father is turned into a monster overnight, for no valid reason, which I refused to accept. The infamy that followed opened my eyes wide. I finally realized that Pragya is never going to have her happy ending, never is going to get her justice, never ever will get what she truly is entitled to. I am just putting myself through the torture, for nothing. Then, I gave up, I refused to watch anything that had to do with the torture of the little girl and her death😭 and that was that. I have no interest in the show anymore.

While I was ranting and raving, I think in Oct of last year, one of my friends asked me to watch Silsila for Mauli and her fiestiness👍🏼And you all know the rest of my story with Silsila. However much I complained and ranted about the show, that was a very realistic show barring some nonsense. It gave me soo much to think about, Ishaan, Mishti, the finer points in the father-daughter relationship, then later on Ruhaan, Mishti and the finer points in their relationship etc, etc and etc. I won't bore you guys, you all know how I felt. Moreover, the hypocrisy could be called out with no reservations whatsoever👍🏼 and none of us objected to other people's point of view.

I tried to watch KHKT, after rec from our forum. It started off well, liked the surgeon guy and his views, but quickly deteriorated for me with the woman grating on my nerves with her constant self pity. Done with that.

Oh, that infamy of the show I watched for the last 2 weeks off and on. That was the worst, the most regressive, a morbidly depressing show, which should have been from the 60s or 70s. That is dressed up with glitz and I am extremely saddened by the fact that people are vehemently defending the villain guy who destroyed a soon to be young family🤢How is that possible, I don't understand. I was feeling really bad for the young guy in that show ( the actor was phenomenal ), but not worth putting myself through the wringer. If the forum was logical or reasonable, I would have watched just to see how the young guy would fare and kick some serious butt. But no, they were just pouncing on anybody who had an opinion. You guys know, if I watch, I have to write to flush out my system. I have enough fires to put out in real life than to watch and bear that nonsense. I am done. There were predictions all along ( this was an old show it seems ) that the young guy will be further decimated, I wasn't going to stick in for the gloating of the older villain guy. That character nor the actor were appealing, in fact both gave me the creeps👎🏼.

OK, what else? Both husband and I watched Humsafar on Netflix last year, we watched the whole series in 2 weeks. Both of us loved it. Both the actors, the writing and the story, all of it was amazing. Both were understandable from their vantage point, neither took any crap from each other. Chandu, another father-daughter bond, beautifully depicted, very realistic. The heroine meant serious business. If you haven't watched it, all of you should.

So, these days both husband and I are watching our old ER and forensic shows like Law and order or documentaries ( his preference )mostly.

Agree, she got the worst wardrobe after the leap. Those pant-sarees or whatever you call them were horrendous. But, just for the sake of debate, mostly even as a successful doctor , she got cheap looking outfits which she carried amazingly well. Look at this blue/black, pink outfit, it looks very tacky, but did we really care? Her personality dazzled mostly and what she was wearing or how put together she was became secondary. That is the power of great character, it blinds you against everything else👍🏼

@bold-we should thank gajra that she didn't do the same with our ishti and ishaan though some people wanted it.

It seems you expected a lot from an ekta show.in her shows you will never see FL being happy you will only see the vamps and villains happy and winning all the time😡i stopped watching her shows after colors was launched in 2008 and had some good shows.it is sad that now the same channel has turned worst😡

Apart from this Blue Saree outfit 😲none of Mauli wardrobe bothered me 😛 that too by watching Ishaan❤️Closeness😳both MauMish erased the effect 😛😆😳
