They aren’t aspirational but normal. That’s how they come across. Part will and part coercion, Prerna did walk towards Rishabh but now they have each other’s back. I love how Rishabh has started a trend. Communicate!

All relationships are based on that. I just love the smoothness with which they progress. Their love is handled so carefully. They might be married but they are like two classmates put in together. Here we have the Quintessential ‘Topper’ who has it all and knows it all and then we have the spunky aimless girl in class.

He motivates her instead of chiding her. She treats him like an equal and not puts him on a pedestal. Despite their gaps, mental and emotional and of course the age, they are beginning the road to familiarity!

Yes, they have a strange familiarity which Anurag and Prerna didn’t have in their initial days despite years of knowing each other as a part of their extended families.

Familiarity is a strong word. It doesn’t stem from knowing each other but it’s a way to establish comfort.

And the precap is just so symbolic. There’s a difference between Anchor and Support. Rishabh holds her like an anchor. Her whirl is similar to a ballet pirouette. She twirls to fall, the support rushes to hold her but her anchor, her point of central gravity is already there to anchor her. I have slant towards mad passionate romances, trust me that’s why I love Anurag and Prerna. But, passion can burn you like fire but ice is numbing too. It might not consume you immediately but numbs you slowly, freezes your emotions and all you can hold is a sweet numbness!

Rishabh and Prerna-The ice that numbs you! Where there is numbness, you cannot feel pain ever. That’s why they cannot hurt each other and they never will. Only a freeze-thaw cycle!
