I kind of loved how they executed the entire PreRish scene, including their changing dynamics today .

Till today, he was seeking her trust in him, asking her to understand him that he is not always wrong , but she always blamed and accused him , he wanted to step forward in making her understand and trust him, while she moved back with her accusations and blames .

today , she steps forward, with care, concern, worry and the gratitude which he named it, she is comfortable being close to him unlike the initial days and then she was awake all night as he was in the room, but today, she changes his bandage, tries to cover him with the comforter , but he felt uncomfortable for he thinks she is doing it out of gratitude for his "favors"

the man has caged his heart, he wouldn't let anyone come close to it, forget about entering his heart.
and she with her naive compassionate heart is slowly knocking on those barricades around his emotional space .

their counter arguments regarding bandage changing, nursing training were probably first light heart banter again with the charm of age difference, personality difference, background and the difference in their emotional quotient .. he was uncomfortable at places, yet there was something where he stole quick glances at her couple of times , which he didn't wanted to but still did..there were moments of awkwardness more for him , because for him he has his promise and his principles to abide by while she is free with nothing to bind her.. she was comfortable walking into his zone, talking to him, be it banter or questioning him like why didn't you tell me then .. !

Prerna fumbles when she decides to thank him, i like the transparency they are setting up in their relation., they are talking, communicating , though Mr.Vyas requested her not to tell Mr.Bajaj, she asks him and then the "why didn't you tell me, when I am wrong ... " that innocence and haq that was shown came out so well , that was so her character, he didn't expect her to question him for not coming clean off her blames .. but like he said in the dance sequence, he repeats.. "I do not want to explain to those who blame/accuse me" this is a huge foreshadowing ....

when everyone blames him for whatever is gonna happen , he will not explain ... Isn't this veena maa did yesterday .. everyone blamed her she was silent without explanations .. he said silent can be misinterpreted and he hates it... now his non-defensive non-explanations will be misinterpreted, however when he doesn't say anything Prerna might and will understand him and "talk to him" without blaming ... he said she needs to learn to communicate ... this entire sequence of court drama will be moot point if Prerna doesn't understand him, so far there is respect, there is gratitude and now will come understanding .. only once u understand someone , you will trust them .

She starts to change the bandage, with cotton and dettol she cautions him thoda sa jalega... just like how she explained kukki in their first meet in BM. thoda jalega,.....nahin jalega bachcha nahin hoon ... it sets the tone for their relation , even then he winces in pain, which is when she blows gently , that unsaid interaction of his pain, her soothing has it's own charm

When he hurts his shoulder on the couch, she rushes to help him with the comforter, but then he snaps at her with a NO .. it's ok I am fine , probably for the first time ever he snapped at her .. it definitely pricked her, however he was quick enough to explain her that she doesn't have to do this out of gratitude ,..can I say, this is exactly what I expected off him .. he doesn't want her to do anything for him out of sympathy, guilt or gratitude .. he married her for kukki and not for her to show him any sympathy or her to do anything for him as he knows where it eventually leads to ... ... his caged heart,

Prerna is slowly unravelling this Enigma called Rishab Bajaj , her husband , one day she knew he loved his daughter beyond anyone, she saw a greatest dad in him, then she saw how much depth he has, then she realized how his mom has a prominent place in his heart, she realized the kind person when he tried to help her mom financially and then this overwhelming of gratitude, respect and pride in him for saving her mother. she is surprised not even maasi knows about him .. the real him ..

The beauty of their relation is they are slowly building the blocks of relations .. the gradual it is the stronger the relation is and add to that the maturity, respect and the age-gap

Another bit to mention is when Prerna tells Anurag , tumne dekha na unki tabiyat teek nahin hai , tum unse aise baath nahin kar sakte ho .. tum mujhse naraaz ho. lekin tum unse aise baath nahi kar sakte ..these unki, unse, unhe are sooo imperative and speaks a ton about their changing dynamics ..

He defends his wife, warns anyone who says anything against her .. he told off Mohini .. aap meri wife ke baare mein baath kar rahi hai jisse aap ka koi taluq nahin hai ... Be Careful , today she defends him , isn;t that one step forward from her ...

I like how Prerna is facing Anurag these days, there is no point in running away from him as that would not end the matter, she needs to face him and with austerity, poise, grace and confidence of Mrs. Bajaj, Mr.Bajaj's influence is remarkable !

Here she is!

Ready to now give in physically too *not in that sense * for her husband.

Few days back, she showed her khashmakash, uncomfort when had to share same room with her husband. She went numb and took sahara of her sleeve to express her unknown / unintended emotions and gave #newbridefeels

Today.

She was almost trying to be as physically close to him as possible ! She wanted to be with him!! She needed him!!!

A need of every girl, a wife. Physical comfort from her husband. At the end of a day. Himself to understand it. If not comforting her, then at least acknowledge it which is equal to providing.

She is a normal girl too after all, in spite of her past burden. She is no exception as she is not some machine with no feelings. She has feelings, she has needs, its just that she had chose to not show them as she felt with her ex love failure her every expectation died too or thats what she wanted. She felt no one including her husband is eligible or capable to even know about her pain, her feelings, her emotions, her true intentions. Let alone comfort her.

But,

He was injured but she had gone thru emotional pain more than him. He has physically recovered but she is yet to recover from the mental trauma. He dont need her to help him as he can manage himself but she needed his comfort his words for all that she had gone through in his absence even if for 1 night and few hours.

She today too took a sahara. Help him. It was her main intention but hidden were her ways to talk to him, force him talk to her, raise the topic and know about his opinion on her even after wrongly MU him, apologize to him and get his forgiveness and make things normal between them.

She tried all possibilities that she could.

Still she felt all that were insufficient for her. Somewhere. Her disappointment on his no verbal response to her apology.

How badly she wanted him to talk to her more on MU topic after noticing she was in loss of words.

She was the one who never wanted him to touch her or even have such thought.

But today she felt the most disappointed ever in recent days, when her husband doesnt want her to help him anyway where she has to touch him.

A rejection by her husband. For first time. At physical level. Emotional level too like always.

Her sad face said it all. Her needs/expectations were not met by her husband today.

All that she had gone thru, throughout the previous night and today, what she got in return was a 'NO NEED' 'I WONT' 'DONT' by her husband. In every way.

She didnt had to feel bad for that as thats what she often claimed. But today with full consciousness, she regretted for her behaviour in last few days which has led to this rejection.

She was in her full sense unlike the other night. She was in loss of words but knew what she wanted from him. Other night she looked blank. Today she was hurt.

She has started showing signs of displaying her needs. At suble level. She now thinks her husband has to know about it and he can only fulfill it. She wanted a trust factor and that she found in her husband now who has all rights to know about her expectations.

Good improvement on her part , inspite of her past burden, for few weeks to their marriage!

She has started getting disappointment. Soon she may find ways to get it fulfilled by her husband!!!

Just the girl needs to be given time. She will prove everyone wrong who have underestimated her wrt her as a wife.

You know...I just thought of it....Our head hurts just from listening to this nonsense....how come these actors are able to deliver that nonsense onscreen....after repeated rehearsals no less...without having their heads blast off..??Strange🤔😆
