SLB is now searching for a new lead to star opposite Alia

Many fans got heartbroken when they read the tweet from Salman Khan saying that on Eid 2020, his much-expected movie Inshallah will not be releasing. Instead, he will come forward with another film to keep his fans entertained.

The news shattered the hearts of many, including the lead actress Alia Bhatt who was very much looking forward to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and well, opposite Salman Khan too.

Soon after the Tweet from Salman Khan, Bhansali Films Tweeted too that Bhansali Productions has decided to not go ahead with In-shaa-Allah for now. A further announcement will be out soon... God willing. After Salman backed out from the project, there was little to no hope that the project will be taken forward by the renowned director.

But the grapevines are buzzing hard with the news that Sanjay Leela Bhansali cannot shelve this project as he has been working on it for a year already and it's too big a project for him to let go. And the Padmaavat director is now searching for a new lead to star opposite Alia Bhatt.

A source close to the production house told a leading entertainment tabloid that there is no question of shelving the project. Sanjay Bhansali has invested a year of his life preparing to shoot what he feels is one of the purest love stories to have been made in this country. He cannot let it go.

The source also informed the daily about that Alia Bhatt too has extended her dates for the film. The reports said, "It was her dream to work with SLB. There is no way she can bear the thought of that dream being shattered."

Yep. I would have believed it if Bhansali production hadn’t tweeted that the movie wasn’t happening now. Maybe years from now he’ll try again if he’s passionate about the project like Bajiroa Mastani.

the tweet said about a future announcement and that the film is not happening right now, so it is possible that it is postponed and they are looking for a replacement in that time.

Kya din aa gaye Salman bhai ke😭.He is kicked out of the film like a B list heroine...AND in all humility he accepts that he is the gaddar in the great SLB's vision.

A replacement is on for the superstar Khan.
