Anurag is not going to turn mad. He will however most likely will stoop low and play dirty to get back at bajaj and prerna. He will try everything in the book to get prerna back. Dialogues are very important and that dialogue that bajaj told anurag how he considers himself a saint is a foreshadowing. Bajaj told anurag he thinks of himself as a saint but is not really. This is foreshadowing the person anurag is changing into. Not a mad person but a person who is starting to play dirty in the game. His actions look mad but the character won't go mad. He is not past the denial stage of accepting bajaj and prerna. More so seeing bajaj and prerna together in the episode pushed him further in his aim.

This is the problem. Prerna and anurag relationship had ZERO development. They skipped the stages of relationship into love and passion. They lived in this delusion that the two of them matters to each other more than anything in this world. Prerna is married to someone else now and although she still love anurag she accepts her fate and tries to make the best. However anurag is in a worser condition than prerna. He just refuses to see that there is more to life than a woman. He is risking his business, reputation and character just to get her back in his life. It's sad.
