Only the small, the mediocre, those who have cheated to gain and those who have never achieved anything worthy of remembering, speak of people like Salman Khan as "being over"
Being over WHAT exactly?
The ladder of struggles to the top is not interminable, there are rungs that lead to a great plateau called: SUCCESS and once you have made it there, in any field: that is where you remain. Movie/entertainment/Sports figures do become more visible due to the nature of the business, but they are affixed to a firmament that holds those who have made their stardom in the industry, and there they remain forever as part of the history.
Maybe he will stop working or being less active, or move on to something else, no one knows, he owes no one any explanations. It is the natural process of life, to move, evolve, make room for others to follow your lead.
It is true that many do not make it all the way to the plateau, they stop along the way, they do not have what it takes to make it or their ascension was fake so they fall off into the deep and disappear , BUT Salman is solid.
Therefore It is silly to say anyone who is a Solid star is over, because people like Salman, Sr. Bachchan, Hrithik, SRK, Aamir etc...have ALL made it. They can stop being in the public eye tomorrow and disappear, but You cannot take what they have done away from them. Just because you dislike them or wish them harm etc. it does not work that way, and in no way does your thinking or dislike diminish their achievements. You cannot undo their history or trajectory.
