Shashank and Ishani

I heard Ishani saying uncle to Dr. Shashank. Does it mean that they both already know each other??

Yes they know each other in one of episode Dr shashank told to ishani that I know u from child hood

That episode where ishani went ishani went to visit Dr shashank for his health and ishani ask I want to complain but where I should complain. Dr shashank ask who is that person. Ishani said u take rest I will handle him. Dr shashank smiles at least I come to know that person is him

Ishani 's parents were doctors. So Shashank might be a family friend . Curious to know whether her parents died or jailed.

Her parents are doctors..who are mistaken for some wrong they didn't do..she is still holding that pain and emotional baggage.
