I think it magnified the contrast between the two relationships, especially from HS' perspective. It made me wonder even more how he fell for Babita.

Imarti was past... I know their chemistry was bang on but don't u think for hanita to get that chemistry will take time... They are just bud Now...

that's why I had also called her a tease. In fact I used a bad word for it. That's why she was blow hot blow cold, wanted to know how much hold she had on him at least that's what came across to me also. Totally agree with this. She liked the idea of being admired by a guy. Maybe because she never had that before. She just wanted HS to sing her praises but her feelings were bland at best.

I felt the same in the initial days when they came to live in his haveli. Especially Babita. She looked down at him. The ONly reason she did not leave the haveli is that she could not find a better place with a good makan malik like HS. She always had parasitic tendencies is what I felt. Both Mini and Babita made fun of HS's accent, language.
