Dr Ishani - some light on her past (week 2)

Let me start the topic with praise for the amazing performances of Surbhi this week. She owned her scenes completely ❤️

So we started on week again with Dr Ishani having proof against Dr sid taking money and she records it. This was the first SidIsha scene which I felt was very natural and in flow rather than random abrupt. We got a bit more insight on Dr Ishanis character that how she does not leave anyone and it is not only Dr Sid who have been in radar of Dr Ishani. Dr Sid sees the videos of people getting threatened by Dr Ishani for breaking rule. lol btw loved it that she scared the man doing loo at publick place hehe. and we see cute selfie of Dr Ishani that she does laugh.

Then we see her searching for Dr sid to get her mobile where she sees a tensed Dr Juhi. Loved loved this scene and Surbhi's voice here was so calm and subtle. Sometimes we need encouragement to gather self confidence and this is what Dr Ishani did here. Gurdip mam and Surbhi were amazing in scene and I could see that Surbhi have settled-in to Ishani. Loved how Ishani tried to make Dr Juhi smile. We got to see tender and soft side of Ishani.

Vardhan is planning to give new CEO post already and that is against the rule so we see that Dr Ishani does not hesitate and told him off his own words about breaking the rules. Surbhi-Rohit sir all scenes are coming out so good. Loved her subtle and calm voice here too.

This was such a beautiful moment where Dr Juhi remembers Ishani words when she panics again for a moment and Dr Ishani wishes her good luck. and also how tenderly she calmed Anjali also that he will be fine. We also see here that her medical knowledge is very strong. Like Dr Juhi said that she has been stalking Doctors work procedures so her being diagnosis genius comes from there too.

Now we come to blast side. Surbhi was phenomenal in this episode.

We see a little glimpse in Dr Ishani past. So we have little girl sania whose parents are suicide bombs and have killed many people there. Sania is held accountable for her parents mistakes and crowd wants her dead. Dr Ishani sees herself little Ishani who was in similar situation and crowd wanted to kill her. Loved Surbhi acting, she was fantastic.

Ishani shock when she sees injured girl & how happily she assures her that kuch nahi hoga and when girl tells her that her parents did blast here then her shock in realization. Her determination to save the little girl and then the freeze moment where she gets traumatized and stuck in her past listening to crowd asking to kill sania. It was brilliant

Now it had become personal matter for Dr Ishani. I can't imagine the drama she would have gone if they couldn't save the girl. So we see Dr Ishani trying everything in her power to save Sania. Loved the way she told off the crowd and media that Sania is just a patient for them and they will save her at any cost. This is what first duty of a doctor.

Mr Vardhan is only thinking of money and dismisses her that no one will do her surgery and here comes the savior Dr Sid. that little shift of expression in Dr Ishani from panic to relief. Surbhi does such nuances so well.

In between fight of saving the girl we also see cute side of Germophobic Dr Ishani hehe

then today that small scene showing desperation of Dr Ishani to save Sania then her reaction post saving her, her happiness that she saved her. Surbhi you were star in that scene. We saw how that trauma is still hidden somewhere inside her and she fears for that, this is why Vardhan can make her scared everytime using that fear.

I am so looking forward to see more of different sides of Dr Ishani.

Surbhi I can see that you have got hold of Dr Ishani and this week episodes shows it. You were amazing and looking forward to more of your mind blowing performances ❤️

This week Surbhi performed so well. Especially from the terror attack scene , she has been just amazing! I want the makers to let her tie up the hair like they are showing the last few episodes, she looks so innocent in this hairstyle. Loving her scenes with Namit too. Hope to see more scenes of them together .

I do not know why Surbhi feels she is not good in emotional scenes. She just nails them. and her voice modulation is so so good touchwood.

About hairs I do not want them to stick to one style but they should have mixture of varieties which they are gonna have from bts looks.

Yes her scenes with Namit also this week have been very raw and organic ❤️

Surbhi was really good in her emotional scenes,she has slipped into Ishani's shoes. Both her and namits chemistry has grown ten folds this week as well which is great. She really is stuck between a rock and a hard place as far as rules go because of her parents,she doesn't want to turn out like them and she wants to stop it from happening if she sees stuff like that,you can see the idea of breaking a rule effects her with saniyas situation, She keeps telling herself and others she didn't. Her head must be everywhere after going through that with sid, not knowing to take the complaint back or not. I'm sure she will though.
