It was self-absorbed and HS saw that too.

He won't be weak, he will just have to use his head a bit more than his heart to navigate this relationship.

Timing is a major issue. They should have let things die down for a bit and remained as friends before attempting to be romantic partners. They may be right for each other, but it doesn't have to be right now. They can wait it out and let the other grow. And if it is real, then they work their way towards it.

Also, don't forget that after losing Imarti and feeling helpless when all that happened, he will do everything in his power to keep Babita happy and in his life. Unfortunately, that may be to his detriment if things don't get sorted out eventually.
