Boy .. I didnt see that !! Isnt it too self-absorbed arrogant self to even ask?

Sorry for such harsh words, but had I been in HS shoes, I would've never accepted it !! Not an ego, but self-respect..

Here for sure he has accepted it by apologizing for the sake of his VB .. but I wish PH doesnt weaken his character by givng into her whims & fantasies .. !!

Yep, this is part of her growth as a woman.

@bold, I totally agree. He signed up to raise Minnie, not her mother. 😆

But then again, no relationship is balanced 50-50 in real life. That's why we love this show, right?

I don't want to but feeling hi aisi aa ri hai. The more I think about what Babes did, the harder it makes me wanna cry. HS has given Minnie many lectures on maintaining discipline and a certain level of respect in the house and towards him; I hope he does the same with Babes. If Babes has bared her feelings before him, then he needs to do the same. He too needs to lay down his demands before her and straight up ask her if she's willing to accept them or not.

It's not and I really, truly love this show. But the hurt that I feel from watching today's episode is inexpressible to me. From watching previous episodes, I can pinpoint exactly what bothered me and why. But today is just something else. It's like something is pricking the back of my heart. 😭

He always puts across his point sensibly. I would like it if he still depicts that side of his with Babita. Yes, she deserves happiness, but not at the cost of his. I want him to complain, "na, ye toh kahi ka insaaf na hua" and explain his pov to Babita.

He will, don't worry. It would go against his nature if he silently suffered.

Another thing, Babita’s ex-in-laws interfering in their relationship is gonna bother HS in the future. What he said to Babita about senior citizens always coming at the wrong time I think was indicative of that.

The reason you feel this hurt is because the characters and their lives feel so real.

He will not make demands or ask for things because he is not like that. All he would want from her is love and respect, but for that he will not put conditions.

One more thing. We saw, along with Minne, the extent of HS' love for Imarti and what made that bond so special and changed him to the man he is today. Babita saw none of that! She has to eventually, in order to understand him.

Ashok can never be forgiven for what he did, but we don't really know what kind of efforts Babes into the relationship either. Did she ever try to reach out to him while he was in London? What kind of conversations did they have? Did she ever express missing him?

I'm not really sure what it is. HS knows about the imbalance but it's not his job to make Babes rise up to it. That needs to be done all on her own. If he sees her putting in efforts, then for sure he can help her out but she needs to do most of the heavy lifting.

Am just really down after today's episode. I think I need to cry a bit to let all the hurt out.

I remember when Ashok came back from the London and nobody had idea about Meeta, Babita never tried to spend time with Ashok. Granted, Ashok was actually avoiding her, but she never tried to talk to him either. She was waiting for him to come to her and she was ready to wait for years for that day to come but she wasn't comfortable with making a move from her side. And when Minnie pointed out that their relationship was devoid of love , babita outright refused to believe that saying that he doesn't show his love because he is busy (or something like that).

She had this typical mentality that her job is to take care of his family, her husband would see that and fall in love with him. And they would live happily ever after. While being helpful and nurturing are good qualities, a person certainly needs to have something more than that. A good man would want a wife not a care taker for his family.

Yes! Minnie felt a bit bad but I think she also started to understand what he meant. They need their space and just because Minnie adores them doesn't mean he has to as well. They are Babita's ex in-laws, not parents. He respects them but there's an invisible boundary (which I think is a good thing).

Dadu Beeji will have to understand that HS and Babita's relationship will be outside their sphere, that Minnie and her father will have a different equation than theirs.

Also, I won't be surprised if Beeji questions HS' parenting style. Felt that when he talked about discipline yesterday.
