She did it against the imploration of everyone to not do it, she didn't tell anyone what she actually planned to say to Ashok, she forced HS to take back the compliant by not only questioning his trust on her, but also bringing up Imarti. And we all know there's nothing HS wouldn't do if there's Imarti or her name involved.

Lord forbid HS refuses to do something for Babes in the future. Phir toh yeh kahe gi ki inho ne kabhi mujhse pyaar hi ni kiya.

For once, I wanted HS to not bend down to her and walk off, especially when he'd so helplessly pointed out that he himself has forgiven her soo many times. Yet, he had to fold his hands and apologize.
