Not really. It happened to me once, I just removed the apostrophe key(which had become quite lose) and put it on the 'damaged t', I got almost a year more out of that kb. But I had to unscrew the kb and took quite a while to put it back. Not advised at all.

The screws are on the back. The screwdriver you have to use depends on the screws screws used in the keyboard. But I guess you can also remove the key from the front.
