Thanks M, Nushy, Nikki... Will get to your replies in a minute.

Nishant while i deplore Pari Adi seperation & the Pia mu his decision to keep Pari away from Rathores makes sense. (Even if that mu is required)

Ved has already harmed Adi by bringing Bhasmu. Need i remind you what went on in the Pralay Yudh ( 😣 shudders).

No Pari is perfectly safe where she is....

Additionally I'd hate to think what Mo would do if she found out she had a granddaughter moreover one that is a Daayan. Think what she did when she found out Karan had wings. She ruined his life. Right now Ni Pi & Sa only know Pari has powers not that she is a Daayan herself.

Speaking of Pari as a Daayan is a contradiction by itself. It's an interesting choice the makers made here. Daayans by nature are soulless creatures devoid of humanity. Not counting half Davansh. They don't feel empathy. They are capable of cruel crimes. In contrast Pari is full of goodness. She is caring, compassionate, full of sweetness. They could have made her another Daivik why a full blown Daayan ? I'm also curious when she grows up will she feed on people's age. That would be a contrast to her sweet natured self or will they forgo that aspect entirely. It would create a wonderful conflict of good vs evil. But that's another story for another day.

Nushy I agree Piya does look gorgeous these days. That's why i added that opening screencap of Piya & Pari. She looks serene in her role as motherhood. I now want to know what Piya's reaction will be to the Daayan part. Pari humming i want her to compete with Bh Mo on that šŸ˜†. Bh hypnotizes the Rathores Pari dehypnotizes them. Without Piya's knowledge ofcourse. We don't want her to land up in the hospital just yet.

M You stole the words right from my mouth. Adi Bh tashan. They have crackling chemistry. I wanted to mention it but was too groggy early morning to come up with the words.

Upayan - The thought came that just like Valmiki wrote Ramayana same way Upayan wrote DR. I don't think he'll be a cool dude but a very old being.

If Ansh came to know Pari has powers he'd immediately know she was his. She inherited his Daayan legacy.

Second lead for Piya to make main lead jealous. That only happens in korean dramas. Unless you count Bhabijee there will never be a second lead in itv. šŸ™„ Need i add these serials are made for female audiences while Bhabijee is made from a male's perspective. Go figure

Nikki Why the daily soap feel & why Bh doesn't use her powers as yet ? Same thought here.

I guess the makers want to increase TRP'S by employing daily soap tactics. It makes it damn boring. I want Bh to put everyone in a daayan chakra already.

So true ā¤ļø When they decided to introduce the leap, I was determined to stop watching but it's the magic of Piya and Pari that every morning I wake up and get excited thinking what are they gonna show. šŸ˜†

I don't think Pari will ever go to the wrong side. Like Ansh despite being a Davansh remained good, Pari too is brought up by Piya and is genuinely good. So I don't expect her to turn evil. But yes, humming and confidently using her powers - that I am eagerly waiting for. 😈

About Upayan, it immediately reminded me of the episode where Melinda Warren appeared in the modern times. What an exciting episode it was. I would love to see something like that again. However, this is a big loophole. Like the Book of the Shadows, Dayan Rahasya was introduced to be a book written by Nishant's ancestors. So Divya telling Nishant about Upayan doesn't make any sense. Honestly, ever since they made Divya a Sarpika, they have changed her storyline too much and now it doesn't resemble the old one at all. Anyway, as long as it's exciting, I am all for it.

About the daily soap touch, it's a bit annoying but I am enjoying it too. I know all of you have a different opinion on this particular topic but I love to watch character growth, no matter what genre it is. For me it doesn't matter if they are focusing on human emotions too because at your core, that is the root of your strength and weakness.

Which is why I particularly mentioned Piya. She lost her mother, sacrificed her powers, was accused of something she never did, did a horrible mistake in her grief. Yet she comes across as a person who has left her past behind and became the best version of herself for her daughter. So it's lovely to watch.

I just hope they maintain the balance here. Too much emotion without magic would drive away majority of the viewers while too much magic without any depth in the characters would make it cartoon-ish. I want the makers to explore everything. Although it's a sin to expect anything from them. šŸ¤”

I never said Pari will go on the wrong side. I said Pari being a Daayan herself is a contradiction by itself. According to Nazar's logic.

Ansh is half human & half DV. His human side & Ved's efforts won the battle from evil.

Mo was born from a Daayan Mom & human father so was Dola i believe. Ved like Kajal was the second born human so had a human nature. ( Given Ved's selfish tendencies i question that šŸ˜†)

By birth they were born without empathy. No amount of Sanskarofying them would change that. Nazar has told us repeatedly a DV can be half but a Daayan even born from a human parent is a full Daayan & an evil one.

By logic she should take after her mother's lineage not her dad's or her grandmother's rather. She doesn't have even an iota of her mom's powers. Moreover she is a full Daayan not a half human half Daayan. (Adi tho can be half Dv half messiah )

Logically she should be like Mo in nature. Evil vain etc.

Her human nature is a contradiction here. Also if u have a full Daayan then that umar eating aspect should also be present. It doesn't make her evil just gives her a wonderful moral conflict. Ergo interesting storyline.

Nazar is breaking it's own rules it set for fantasy.

Upayan - Well if he turns out to have a strong cameo like Bhaisasur i'd like that.

Character growth - Like u hunger for proper character development i hungered for good story content. I guess in soap operas you get twists & turns but can never expect a story. Likewise we get two dimensional cardboard type characters. Character development is the last consideration here.

I guess to find that satisfaction is to look for it in a story rich content. Like your bangla shows/stories & my Korean dramas.

Speaking of have u heard of this show Ndtv Bandini. Till the first year it showed wonderful growth in its characters.

All said and done Nazar is still decent of the lot. šŸ™„ No it's not a sin to expect that.

Wow!!! 😲 I didn't think of all the details. You have got a sharp memory. šŸ‘šŸ¼ However, ever since Nazar got extension, multiple times they have gone against their own rules. So Pari inheriting powers and that too of a Dayan's is just the latest blooper. But it's a good one, so let's enjoy.

Upayan - Well if he turns out to have a strong cameo like Bhaisasur i'd like that.

Me too. It's kind of boring that all the cameos be it positive or negative, turn out to be female actors. A strong male cameo would be refreshing. However I want it to be relevant and not just an eye-candy or a third wheel to create unnecessary drama.

Character growth - Like u hunger for proper character development i hungered for good story content. I guess in soap operas you get twists & turns but can never expect a story. Likewise we get two dimensional cardboard type characters. Character development is the last consideration here.

For me, it's both the story and development. I can love a mini series and then again can watch a show for years if there is even one character with whom I can relate to or who seems interesting enough. In case of Nazar, it has been Piya. Don't know whether it'll last till the end because in ITV particularly, makers keep changing their plots and in the process destroys characters unnecessarily. As we can see, Ansh's character has been butchered mercilessly.

I guess to find that satisfaction is to look for it in a story rich content. Like your bangla shows/stories & my Korean dramas.

Well, it can be of any culture. I have enjoyed my own country's (Bangladesh) shows along with Indian, Pakistani, Thai and American shows. At the same time I have been disappointed too. It's completely dependent on the story and the makers' vision. We can't really confine it to any genre or particular culture.

Speaking of have u heard of this show Ndtv Bandini. Till the first year it showed wonderful growth in its characters.

It was Ekta's show, right? I've heard of it but didn't like the concept. Plus Ekta ruins her own shows so I try to avoid her shows. Got trapped by YHM as I didn't know it was her show. I started watching Hindi serials after a long time when YHM first came on air and now I can honestly say, it has turned into one of the worst shows that are airing right now. That's Ekta for audiences.

All said and done Nazar is still decent of the lot. šŸ™„ No it's not a sin to expect that.

Agreed. Airing a supernatural show 5 days a week is not an easy task. Plus many people including me make fun of supernatural genre. But the truth is, some of the overly hyped drama and romantic serials show more bakwas than supernatural shows and with its VFX and story, Nazar surely has set up a new trend. Hope they continue it till the end.
