This is cliched for sure but still better since it doesn’t make sense for Rohit to fall for Sona so soon. Sona has moved on a long time ago and she is hopeful of getting a second chance at love whereas Rohit is still stuck in his past and what’s worse he is bound to it more by guilt than his love for Raima. Am glad he isn falling for Sona right away coz he has been living in that pain for 4 years now. He needs time to heal and embrace love again. More importantly he has to realise Sona is not his fall back option and that can happen only when Raima is back in his life. Then he can probably realise what he felt for Raima was more of a crush or an obsession and what he feels for Sona runs deeper than that. Only then can he truly fall in love with Sona.
