I liked OMG a lot. The spiritual connotations especially. But what is saddening is the direct copy w/o credit. And here i was thinking the plot was the brainchild of the writer. Smh

I think you are mistaken, OMG credited the Australian show and the Gujurati show on which it was based on, hence it won best adapted Screenplay in National awards and not original screenplay.
They bought the official rights, it wasn't a cheap copy.

I just checked wiki and yeah there is mention of that. But I had no idea..all the while I thought it was an original piece. Good on them if proper credits were placed.
