Far be it for me to defend the likes of Priyanka but she is not a peace ambassador. She is a unicef ambassador to bring publicity for children in need. They send her to whatever location they want to help get that cause publicity and of course publicity for herself too - the Angelina Jolie playbook. There's nothing wrong in saying Jai Hind. Where she messed up is being condescending and bitchy to that girl and trying to get points for being sassy. She is just like Kangana - when she mugs up the answers or copies quotes and comes ready, she sounds good. When she gets a question out of the syllabus, her real dumb self shows. If she explained properly about targeting terrorists and not a country or civilians, the whole thing would have ended there and then.

That girl had no right speaking about politics at a beauty event. Of course her mic is going to be snatched away, that is not the time or place for that kind of behavior. Plus it wasnt Priyanka's event, she was a guest - organizers can do as they please.

The girl sounded bitter, angry and condescending. So its okay for her to be bitchy just because shes a random girl?

Come at someone with an aggressive tone and make false accusations and that’s what you get.

I don't even understand why people are calling out to her for posting that Jai Hind. In no way posting Jai Hind implies that she is supporting war that too "nuclear".

the girl was not being bitchy, she does not have anything personal against her..she very disappointed due to reasons i don't want to discuss here (no politics talk) and she simply expressed it..she was aggressive coz she followed her for years and was disappointed ..bitchy..rude..insulting..all those things were Priyanka only..the way she said "done venting?"..as if that was something personal..when she was discussing something as serious as nuclear war..

also the girl does not claim to be a humanitarian and a feminist icon..so the backlash would obviously be on the one who claims to be all that and does this..

as for the timing..she does not live with priyanka or meets her often to say something at a particular time..they are celebs and they can be questioned anything anytime when they make a public appearance and are open to taking questions..may be her team should have made her memorize a little more to not make a total fool of herself

as for deleting comments..she surely is..all the 12k plus likes comments are gone and people are calling her out for that too..may be some research while taking blinders off would help?

also..the girl as clarified only brought this up when Chopra herself started discussing these issues first herself on stage..she herself brought peace and how we should love our neighbours..in response to which she couldn't help but Q her..

so saying this to the girl that it was no place to Q something like this..one should Q priyanka first coz she herself started discussion on all this to promote herself as a peace ambassador while giving gyaan on peace and loving your neighbours..
