So one more thing that I didn’t really understand in the episode yesterday: did Ishani already start the surgery and then Rishabh came to assist her?? Or was he there from the start?

Firstly, she shouldn’t have performed the surgery on a hunch.

Second, if Rishabh was there from the start why did he not say anything in the beginning, why is he reprimanding her after the surgery
