Okkkaayy I imagined a Damad-Sasuma scene so penning down here -
Amidst the work going on for kookie's grand birthday party Prerna and Veena got themselves into a little tussle. It was more of Veena cursing her daughter of what lessons she taught her in her childhood & what Prerna has become on the contrary. She professed how her daughter who was selfless, benevolent, kind & pure hearted turned into a selfish, opportunist, gold-digger & unkind woman. There was flood of tears which rolled down from both of their cheeks. All of this was being watched by him , infact he took his step towards them but gradually stopped - Afterall she was her mother! Mother this word meant a lot for him - as he said only a mother can take God's place in one's life on this Earth. Veena declared that she is a professional due to personal reasons she won't leave the job because her family needed the money & she thinks about her family lot unlike Prerna Bajaj! Prerna ran back to her room because this was it - she couldn't see this much hate for her in her mother's eyes where once used to be tanker full of love.
After 2 hours-
Veena took a deep breath and sat down to relax a bit on the chair. Suddenly due to a worker's mistake a box was about to fall on her head. Bajaj proceed in the nick of time to save her but she pushed him aside saying She doesn't need help. He tried to touch her feet but she took her steps back saying much to his displeasure that she is here for a job not to make relations. He din't argued with MAA. He saw kookie walking down from the stairs so he called her princess! Veena saw this and was about to go but his words stopped her. He took kookie in her arms and walked towards maa. He said kookie meet your birthday party organiser, wouldn't you thank her for all these lovely decorations to which kookie nodded with a smile. Kookie quickly jumped & ran towards a nearby vase and picked a flower. She came back and gave Veena the flower. Her sweet gesture made the old lady smile. Kookie signalled her as if she wanted to tell a secret to her but instead she gave a cute kissy to the lady and gestured a thumbs up for the decorations. She tried telling her more but Veena couldn't understand so she ask her to speak instead of talking in sign language. She looked at her father , he hesitated but later on told Veena that she is unable to speak. She was shocked to learn this harsh truth and hence she ended up giving a cute hug to kookie. Bajaj sat on his knees and called her munchkin & said do you know she is your relative too....She gestured as to how? He explained her that she is her mumma's Mumma which made the little one's face glow. Then she hugged her again & asked about her Mumma..but Bajaj said maybe she is busy doing her work don't go to her as she doesn't care about you neither loves you because Prerna is arrogant and selfish. This made the little girl angry and she showed her little finger to her dad signalling she is upset. But he said I din't said this but your mumma's Mumma said this. Kookie instantly snatched the flower from her hand and showed cross to her that she doesn't like her anymore ! She exploded the nearby balloons and ask Veena to go as doesn't want her to work because she said bad about her mother.Rishabh explained her gestures to Veena which made the lady shock. Kookie ran towards her parents room. Rishabh told her how kookie has started loving Prerna and how Prerna selflessly loves & takes care of kookie. He also said that he is sure that his child will get a good upbringing because Prerna has her values and she loves her very much. After this little pep talk he started leaving from there but stopped and said You should be proud of your daughter she hasn't done anything which has led you down and neither she will. And then he walked away with a smile. Veena looked at his direction and felt relieved much to her amusement.
