Ok.. we must agree that writers are maintaining the show atleast a little bit different... In every other show when a forced marriage or a marriage of convenience happens, either the ML and FL know or just the ML will know why he is doing it or the root cause of it. Here the whole family knows what he is doing and why.... Also the FL knows why he is doing and everyone from family of both sides know the mother is the subject/object of blackmail....

I still don't think Kabir has lost it to such a degree to force marry Pooja by threatening the life of her mother.
Remember at the Vyom time, we thought he is protecting a traitor, but it turned out something else.
