Did Mohini make sense tonight?

I really liked tonight's episode, firstly because of the last 7 minutes of the episode had a great AnuPre conversation, and then the subsequent realization that prerna indeed looks very happy (which she actually is) by embracing Bajaj's daughter. Someone please tell him to move on, Pre can give him nothing anyways, he should be grateful for his life and accept that she has made a sacrifice (which by the way isn't visible in her character anymore) but should not forgive her for hiding about his child and putting him into a trauma.

But the best part of the episode was Mohini and Prerna's confrontation. I could not agree with her more when she called upon Prerna's hypocrisy, yes because you cannot stand here in the house and cry foul when you do not have the spine to stop your so called hubby from messing up with the house. If she married Bajaj to save Anurag, then what is the point of saving him when Bajaj is playing with Basu house's rights, and did not he promise her to not mess with Anurag? what sort of promise is this which was broken within a couple of days just because husband-wife 'dealers' could not fight back Anurag? On top of that Prerna does not have anything to say in return to Mohini's accusations? Why? Did i see guilt in her eyes? Ohh boy yes i did, tonight i saw her standing like a coward filled with guilt in her eyes when she faced Mohini, i do not know how will writers explain this ..

Mohini has always been very biased regarding Pre and I guess to an extent Anurag is suffering because of his mother's karma too, but tonight she was bang on, Prerna is not a gold digger but her actions can never justify it otherwise, on top of that she was roaming in Basu badi as if it was a routine day for her...😆.. I liked Nivi too, both Nivi and Mohini needs to bring Anurag back to his senses now, Mohini was right, he cannot loose Basu badi in his madness for Prerna, especially now when she does not seem to care for him at all... Anurag better comes back to his previous self now, it will be shameful if he disappoints his parents and looses their hard earned property in his quest to get Pre back, because if he fails his parents then there will be nothing different between him and Prerna's characters. Prerna has conveniently forgotten that she has a mother who lost her husband few months back, she has a sister and then she has a brother who takes responsibility of all the finances, and these people are genuinely struggling to a point of Veena looking for a job. However, Prerna is still happy with designer sarees and mothering a stranger kid but she does not give two hoots to her own mother's struggles anymore. 👍🏼

We were looking for prerna to grow a backbone and be strong, but guess what writers have given us other women in the show who actually have a spine and are legit strong enough to take a stand, someone like Veena, Mohini or Nivi makes a better example.. I am glad that both AnuPre have great mothers, they do not take shit and they do not depend on others, Mohini is still somehow trying to resurrect Anu's life whereas Veena's case is just sad, i really hope shivani finds a solution to take care of their household.

All the best to prerna with her new sasuraal, khao, peeyo, aish karo and Bajaj ki baccho ki nanny bano, sacrifice ki muraat ke liye gold medal ek na ekdin zarur ayega.

Anurag is not moving on , his family and all of us want him to move on and accept that Prerna is married and he better concentrate on his business

Prerna has accepted and moved on and we wonder how can she move on and accept stranger daughter who apparently is her husband's daughter, whom she married to save her lover from a murder trail, when his family members requested and ordered her to do whatever she can ..

Men are emotionally weaker than women, in any broken relation, woman moves over faster than a man , he takes time to accept ... and this precisely is the reason for arranged marriages for years and years where girls are married and sent to a different home because they CAN accept the change , accept new people adopt to new situations in life in much more easier way , kisi ko bhi apna bana leti hai ... while on the other hand ask any man to leave his house and move to girl's family he cannot

When we wish for Anurag to move on, why can't we accept Prerna moving on as someone's wife and someone's mother

regarding Mohini and Nivedita, they are more practical and logical and sorted they know what they want or what they don;'t want but then cheekna chillaana and being manipulative is not strength ... however they were good in yday's episode , they shd bring Anu out of that state

Veena maa is strong , Prerna is more emotional and needs to be more affirmative and authoritative of course without being rude to others and her character will/should see growth now .

I agree with both the TM and our mod Munni to what you both said. Regarding Prerna I'm proud of the fact that she is sticking on to her deal and accepting whatever comes as a repercussion to her decision to save Anurag. My only problem is the way she has no guilt at all for the mess she has created in so many lives. I mean any sensible person would be able to see the result of her callousness in the form of Anurag and his changed behaviour and realise the reason for this. But instead she is conveniently going around calling him disgusting and what not. If you want to be loyal to a blackmailer then carry on but fgs God has given you eyes and brain please use them and stop this sanskaari biwi drama when in reality she has been bought by her loyalty husband only as a Nanny for Sneha. Nothing changes the fact that her husband is responsible for all this and she just not showing any signs of remorse and retaliation is not helping.

Mohini and Nivi are strong women while it should have been Prerna to give it back to Bajaj but madam is busy accusing Anurag. I don't support a female who switched loyalties in a matter of seconds I guess.... or maybe even faster .

Bajaj promised her to keep his revenge aside until basus Will not harm his present. Which they did by snatching his house.

Absolutely. Mohini was on a roll..specially in the kitchen where she asked Masi to shut up as she had a lot of taunts in store too..Masi makes mohini look like an angel now 🤣

Jokes apart , i felt mohini has changed a lot after anurags arrest. She hates prerna but not the way she did before. Prerna failed her n she is more disappointed than anything else. Sad, anurag again has the balcony ticket, reduced to a spectator of ladies drama like komo's time. Pre was so right he should go to office and bail his family out of this mess..

and Anurag's this particular offer is made to a married woman to leave her family and stay in this house ... he didn't say he would marry her once she comes. he just wanted her in this house I think Prerna felt that disgusting and indecent with this proposal and she told him she is not sacrificing and is not a toy to peddle with .. finally some spine in her or may be she is still spineless because she stood up against Anurag and not Bajaj as we want her to ..

If Prerna is at fault... in hurting Anurag, Anurag is also at fault in hurting her ... prerna is doing it to keep him away for his own good.... while anurag is doing out of anger , ego as he is in denial mode

Usually when we put a flawless impeccable character on a higher pedestal, we fail to see the flaws which crept into the character which made him more human and flawed .. it's tough to accept Anurag doing something wrong because he was morally and ethically always right and up there ..and we try to reason for his changed behaviors and when a character is flawed and grey ... even if he did something good, we cannot accept or believe that he did good and speculate some malicious reason behind the good thing done ,, characters change ,.if bad person can become good , good can also become bad depending on people's influences and situations in life, change is the order of life ..

What is bajaj supposed to do ????......let anurag take his house and business and be silent and shift to a guesthouse as he has promised prerna that he will not hurt anurag......i can understand if people say that by living in basu bari.....cookie is not comfartable and prerna is struggling.....i can understand that for their sake, bajaj should decide to shift but why will he not acquire the anurag basu house......basu family has wronged him before and now also anurag stooped low to snatch his house.....house is a property and it belonged to bajaj.....and i hope it wont be said that bajaj snatched prerna because prerna is no ones property.....she doesnt belong to anurag .....she was given a deal and she has accepted it.....nobody snatched her....she saved anurag life by sacrificing hers. If anurag attacks bajaj house........actually starts throwing there belongings from the house with the help of his man.....bajaj has done very much right to acquires his house. Bajaj is a grey character and he obviously wouldnt sit and watch anurag basu destroying him......he is doing tit for tat in the way it is possible for him right now as prerna has tied him in some promises which he is keeping.

To some extent you may be right but when you see it's other side as I mentioned many times at different places, Anurag is not someone who would leave it so easily. If you saw the show earlier before Bajaj entered he twice said... agar mera dil tum par aaya to main bhaga ke le jaaunga and second when in their car ride he said kisi ka pyar leke tum naya jahan nahi basaoge.

This shows that he is possessive and passionate for people he loves. So faking a hatred doesn't help here as this is pushing him further down in his sorrow. Moreso the poor soul isn t able to understand what and where he went wrong. He is one who always values relationship so at present he isn t able to figure out the reason when everything was lovey dovey till few hrs before marriage.

He never asked her to live as his keep. Maybe what he meant was to divorce her husband and then come and live with him as his wife which he already considers her to be. Remember he clearly asked whether she will do engagement with her husband? While announcing their social marriage in front of family also he said that he considered them married but just for her happiness he wants a proper social marriage. So I agree marriage is a pure ritual and the show just made a mockery of that but for me they were married. So let's not get into that. They justified and nullified as per convenience and it's shameful to do that.

Regarding Prerna valuing life then and now it was about house I agree with you here if I compare life with just a house. But if she values his life then she should give him a closure and move on in a dignified way. She came to request Anurag for a person who spoiled so many lives and doesn't care a damn about the consequences. What if it's about cookie? Is she the only special child in this world or is Bajaj the only father to such a child. No... Obviously there has to be a reason why her own mother left her. Maybe Bajaj is behind all this but whatever it is... nothing gives you a licence to deal in human life and someone's independence. He destroyed Anurag's life on the pretext of saving him and curtailed her freedom of decision making. She was clarified that he would spare Anurag only if she is with cookie otherwise it's over for him. This isn t respect or independence. I won't say Anurag was right in making the deal but then who is right here? NO one 😆

Isn't his denial mode expected? How can someone accept that a girl who loved him more than herself suddenly one day married someone else and the reason given is absolutely unacceptable as he knows Prerna isn t like this. But he tried repeatedly to ask her... He promised her to get her out of this mess but she kept with the same explanation. So for me his denial mode is an expected reaction. For his good or bad... I seriously don't find this good for him as he is turning into another Bajaj 😢

You're right but the difference is the intent behind the acts. Bajaj showing his good side is bcoz he intends to cage Prerna for cookie or else she might refuse to take care of her. He is a selfish coward who didn't have the courage to tell her about his daughter before marriage and now she is forced to handle the responsibility.

On the other hand Anurag is doing all this as he is trying hard to find the reason behind whatever happened to him. He never planned to destroy Bajaj before he married Prerna. Whenever BajRag met it was like Bajaj wants to destroy Basus and Anurag said he is there to protect his business. So it was always Bajaj who started all this. Whatever was his personal dushmani nothing gives him the licence to do what he did. Also if he was so desperate for a mother to cookie he should have told her in advance. No reason can be enough to justify his deeds and whatever so called respect he is offering holds no meaning when you know you have left no option for her now. She is put in a golden cage and expected to follow the orders. So he will be whitewashed for sure but for me he'll always be a blackmailer and a villain.
