Because they are bland to keep audience interested. I was so put off by the trailer for the movies you listed that I didn't bother following their songs or any other promos either.
Things are changing. It's difficult to take the audience for a ride. Not impossible but difficult. They show the same recycle crap with the same failed names.
Befikre was totally different. It was about a guy who never leaves his home/ office imagining how young adults behave. He had no idea and tried too hard to be cool.
Bollywood needs to come out of the love story phase. Every new Starkid makes his/ her debut doing a love story. The second best things Bollywood could come up with is Revenge. There is very little innovative thinking.
