More than anything, I hope people of Jammu and Kashmir get the peace, stability and prosperity they deserve! As an Indian, I don't mind paying extra taxes (because I can, taxes should not increase for the poor anywhere) so that our fellow indians in J&K will prosper. In fact, I don't even mind if the reservation system is extended to the state so that they can catch up with the rest of India. The peaceful people there have paid a huge price for keeping the dream of Akhand Bharat alive. Jai Hind!

And can we ban all anti-Indian members from India forums? Hamare hi site pe aake hamare desh ki insult kare aur hum sunte rah jaye?

What a historic decision

Anything that integrates India is a welcome sign. i mean , Kashmir was always an integral part of India, now that its part of the constitution and all laws followed by the rest of the country will also be followed in J and K, its a true sign of integration.

This is a great day in India.

I don't know why people in Pakistan are getting affected by it . It's a decision taken by the Indian govt regarding a state in India. If the constitution worked for the rest of the country, why should J and K be excluded?.
