People sometimes over-analyze things lol, Shahid is entering her house so she's closing the door as the journalists are flooded outside....and there are already enough guests inside (behind the door), it's apparent from the video.

No. This is Shahid leaving and Kiara walking him to the door. After the poses and goodbyes as Shahid is walking out you can hear him telling her “call me” and she says she will. Then he says something inaudible and that’s when she gestures for him to come back insides, they shut the door and then moments later he walks out and gets in his car. Doesn’t mean something is going on. Everything could be very innocent, but the fact that the notoriously gossipy Bollywood tabloids are ignoring this while focusing on Sid Kiara leaving with Sid makes me go hmmm.
