Bingo. Self-evaluation is problematic. You do tend to choose answers that reflect your inner desires but not who you really are in terms of your outward actions. Ask someone else who know you well what they think of you.
The four letters are not very good. It’s fun to take to get a sense. If people are interested, they can look into different cognitive functions and preferences. There are other tests that real psychologists use too.
Isn't "bolded" a critical factor of "personality"?
Our outward actions tend to change depending on the social situations we are in. We only present a sliver of ourselves to others. Someone really opinionated and outspoken at the workplace may be very quiet and submissive towards their parents. Someone known for lewd jokes with their friends may present as a saint to their immediate family. Someone may obsess over true crime with one friend group and cooking shows with another. Many people tend to suppress unpopular opinions or jump on bandwagons they disagree with.
Only you know who you are on the inside. So in a sense asking you to reflect on who you are (even if it is aspirational) is a true indication of personality.
