European artist on Monday accused the makers of Judgementall Hai Kya of plagiarising her work. The photographer criticised the makers for not taking her permission before copying her work. Flora Borsi, a photographer, took to Facebook to point out the stark similarity between her work and one of the film's posters.
Sharing a collage of the two pictures, she wrote, "Any similarities? It’s a famous Bollywood movie poster called Judgementall Hai Kya. They didn’t ask for any permission nor reached me out. It’s a shame for big companies plagarising freelance artists work.."

Sharing Rajkummar Rao's tweet with the poster, she wrote, "Oh yeah, this image somehow reminds me of.. oh wait. looks like totally my work!"

The Hungarian artist has found support in netizens who are calling out the makers of Judgementall Hai Kya and asking them to accept their mistake.

One of the users wrote, "Dear @ektakapoorworld @KanganaTeam, it's a humble request to both of you check entire teams work. In your latest movie #judgementalhainkya doing good business, but its utter shame to steal another photographer's work without seeking her permission (sic)."

Another user brought in Hrithik Roshan in the plagiarism debate and wrote, "Ripping off precious people's work @FloraBorsi. Typical of bollywood. She'd probably bring in @iHrithik again for this (sic)."
Many Twitter users accused entire Bollywood of being a copy of other film industries. "Someone please tell her that the entire Indian cinema is a copy in form or the other from somewhere somehow," wrote one user.
One user on Facebook also asked the photographer to take the legal way and sue the makers of the Kangana Ranaut-Rajkummar Rao film. He wrote, "Members of a huge industry like Bollywood resorting to copying and a really poor attempt at that (yours is much nicer) is pathetic. You should tag them on twitter and you should really consider sueing them! Also this is not the first time they've shamelessly copied others. Of what I know, they've copied an Indonesian song (Tak Bisakah), a Korean song and various Hollywood movies. Unfortunately Hindi cinema (i.e. Bollywood) is an uncreative industry with mostly subpar movies and subpar acting. Don't let it pass. If not for yourself, bring attention to this for other artists that this may happen to in the future. It's not fair."
Some netizens, in support of Flora, also condemned all of India. But the artist was quick to reply and wrote, "Thank you so much guys for supporting me but I don’t want anybody to express hatred toward a nation or a country. It’s all about a big industry vs artists."
She also added that she didn’t think Bollywood had anything to do with it. Instead, it’s the creative director who should take responsibility for the act. She wrote, "Bollywood has nothing to do with this. It’s all about the art department and the creative director. their responsibility is the feedback, which brings negativity in the big picture, which is Bollywood. When someone does a bad things people can’t blame the country where was born."
Judgementall Hai Kya, meanwhile, is on a decent run at the box office in India. The Prakash Kovelamudi-directed film, which hit the screens on July 26, has been praised by critics for its non-run-of-the-mill story and the performances of the lead actors, Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao.
I suppose Kangoli would call them all racist now?
Isme naya kya hai. Bollywood ka kaunsa poster original hai. Chori karna toh inki purani aadat hai. 😆

It was an official remake of The Invisible Guest which is a spanish movie
Is her work copyrighted? Then hopefully she sends a legal notice to the makers. BW needs zor ka chaanta for plagiarism.

oh ok...i did not realize it was spanish ..was just checking top mystery movies..
Bollywood has often plagiarized. While some get noticed many fly under the radar because they lifted from lesser-known folks. Now with social media, the world is smaller and hopefully, Bollywood will be held legally accountable.
